I block Steel and iron drags warped terrorbirds and aquanites. Definitely dont block bloodvelds they are the best xp you can get if you cannon mutated ones even meleeing the normal ones is good, a bonus with mutated ones is that they drop gold charms commonly rather than green but they are expensive with cannonballs and you have to pray also. Similarly Kalphites shouldnt be blocked because they are so easy if you cannon them.

Yer I still look on the forums pretty much every day just very rarely post as my post count shows. Before we had to resign up for tip it accounts I had a few more posts though so you probably saw me on here a bit more back then. OT i think the first player to 1k total was Tiwi and he was pretty famous back in the day.

[hide=] [/hide] I think to go along with some of what Fook said with people like robin hood2 there was also zar family2 who was probably the best known pker at the time around 2002 along with X shadow X who was, i think the first pure with 99 strength and there was angel2002/i wicked i who pretty well known. there was also p o k e y who got high level very fast and was feared pker i think he might have even been who da best and got p o k e y when wdb was banned not sure but i know p o k e y did have a well known main that was banned. Finally to add someone who people might not think of around 2002-2003 i would say fckedyomomm was pretty famous because of being at pirates pretty much 24 hours a day with the help of sharing and got very high in the hp ranks very fast. I know most people wont know any of the people ive mentioned but they were all genuinely very 'famous' at the time.

I was wondering if anyone was going to mention L6vi at all, I'd have to add to the earlier list people like zonghui muhahaha ladykilljoy and definitely Tks. Since rs2 pretty much just zezima as he was pretty well known even back early in rsc because of his smithing and then obviously just started dominating the highscores

The Underground Pass article talks about Klank's gauntlets being important for pures because they had the disadvantage of not being able to wear a Rune Plate but really it just evened up the playing field. This is because noone had been using Rune Plates for almost a year anyway after the introduction of gauntlets from the Family Crest quest which pures couldn't get because of a high magic requirement for this quest also. Klank's gauntlets have exactly the same stats as gauntlets just without the 'special' abilities as far as I remember, so really they were important for pures so they didn't have a disadvantage on their weapon stats more than anything to do with Rune Plates because as I said noone really used them anyway. I thought it was a good read though and it took me back to when I did the quest. Undoubtedly it was an extremely frustrating quest however the author seems to just want quests that he can do easily with the help of a quide which isn't really the point of them and doesn't like the fact that the quest has variables that cant be accounted for by a guide. In regard to The Jagex Tease, on the Tip.it homepage it is described as "an article by Stormveritas on Jagex's new structure on announcing updates" yet it seems that the author doesnt actually understand the new structure at all as others have already explained.

Anyone remember when the hiscores updated and next to your rank there was a + or - and a number indicating whether you had moved up or down the hiscores and by how many? Also to blood argon i joined the forum 2 years before you and infact much before that because we had to resign up a few years ago and i only have 8 posts, darkhazzard joined a year before you, some people join just to read and rarely post.

What about when you remember training at black knight castle on guards wearing bronze med and iron chain and it was awesome xp, around 6-8k hp xp an hour. Or when you were smelting bars the bar you were smelting appeared above your head in a circle, and even when you didnt have the level, if you tried to smelt rune a rune bar would appear above your head, meaning you would have lots of people gather around you in awe. Also I sold a red and white party hat back in the day for about 50k each. Then when i wanted a d med i sold mask set for around 200k so i would have enough to buy for around 2.1m and 100 shark :(

You tele directly outside your house so just use the teleport into the house, if ur below 40 mage u may have a problem :?

Is ectoing not 400% of normal bone experience?

I started around december 2001. I played with a few rl friends there were 5 of us, two of them were pretty good back in the day, nuc134r and moonfruit, anyone remember them? Moonfruit pked a r2h when they were worth about 3 mill which was a lot back then.

It should definetly be harder, more like it was in rsc and if anyone thinks it was easier back then they are kidding themselves. Getting 6-8k hp an hour at the guards at black knights fortress was amazing.

I use Mozilla as my browser but have the downloadable client for rs, not a dodgy one just the one off runescape.com. I have never experienced any problems. I would try that. Hope that helps.

What about L6vi he was an oldschool legend of this game, but then again you cant take away from what Tiwi did in his time i believe he was the first to make it to 1k skill total. And you cant say that Bluerose is better than Zezima because she played right from the start and got 99 smithing before anyone else, as zezima was one of the first couple of 99 smiths and also played early on in the game. There is no reason for people to take away from what Zezima has done he's been playing longer than most and even though n0valyfe did it quicker and it was an amazing acheivement, the fact is Zezima did it first and thats all that matters.
