I personally think the Woodcutting cape looks a ton better then the Fletching cape. And it has a better emote. Too many people have Fletching capes. I say go for the Woodcutting cape.

I would say it depends on what tasks you get, how much you train it, and whether you burthorpe a lot or not. I've heard people can get around 100k xp a day no-lifing. I would guess you can get between 30-50k xp a day. Hope this helps.

Slayer because most skills are repetative and Slayer mixes it up with different tasks.

Yes I think most of us agree (although silently for some) that your idea would be the best way for someone with low amounts of money to runecraft effectively. But it's not very hard to make that 1.43mil from crafting natures. Eventually you will be able to afford that amount and the glories will come in handy later on as it would save time and a space.

Most people use throwing knives because they are really fast. I personally like the bow better because I like seeing higher hits. If I were you I would try both ways and see which one you you like.

Dragon scimitar is most likely your best bet for attack, strength, and defence. They only hit one less then a whip and are just about as fast if not faster.

Yes I would go with Daggonaths because they drop a lot of high level herb seeds. Also I have found Trolls drop some herb seeds but not as commonly as Daggonaths.
