  1. Because baseball players do SOOOO much work Tigers in 4 They do just as much work as another sport. Batting Practice, Fielding, 3 hour game, sometimes going into 30 innings (lol that only happened once  Rochester Red Wings vs. Pawtucket Red 'Paw' Sox If I am Correct?) And also playing 162 games over about 180 days. I'm a Mets fan and I didn't really like their chances in the series, I knew they were gonna do goo but wasn't sure if they were gonna win. When you have John Maine as a #2 starter, it is not a good sign. But they did good anyway. If they had El Duque and Pedro they would have easily won. Detroit is going to win it in 6. Don't ask why I think that, it's just a wild guess.

Not yet, probably won't get any for another month or so.
  3. Hellz yah! Wright and Jose Reyes are the best left-side of the infield on any team. I played center field though, so Carlos Beltran is a 3rd. Yeaaaa,I have Wrights autograph on a shirt along with Piazza, Glavine, Woodward, Cameron plus lots more; all hand signed, I watched every single on guy hand sign it at Spring Training before the 2005 season and catcher Ramon Castro personally handed me a ball during one of the games. I like Reyes too, hes a close 2nd behind Wright. I love everything about Reyes, his attutide, his SPEED, man that guy can run.
  4. My favorite person in sports has to be David Wright, the Mets 3rd baseman. He plays the game hard and doesn't slack off and because i'm a Mets fan and I love playing 3rd base.
  5. I know they traded him. It sent Soriano to the Rangers, are you sure about the new contract part? I don't think the Yankees signed him to a new contract, just that the Rangers also agreed to pick up some of his salary as part of the deal, so the Yankees aren't paying him $25m a year.
  6. Go on the acutal RS forum and go to events and look for a good 100+ pc group. I was in one it probably took me 1 - 1 1/2 hours to get 100 tickets with all the world hopping and boarding, and I even missed some because the round went too fast and didn't get high enough damage dealt, so that shows how fast it was.
  7. I had full mime and got all of them while training combat. Although since I died and lost my full mime I havn't gotten one since......
  8. Same here, fletch and mage xp, what could be better. Even though fletching xp is useless because I already have 99 but, the more the merrier!
  9. He didn't sign with the Yankees, he signed with the Rangers in 2000 then went to the Yankees before the 2004 season. Not trying to make you look stupid, but just had to put it out there.
  10. Wow, im shocked. I would never have thought that it would come to this. But harryp0tt is right, it's not all his fault, though with a lineup like that, how is it not possible to win some games? Any lineup that has Jeter, A-Rod, and Giambi hitting in it should be winning games. Not to forget Cano who had a good year, Matsui and Sheffield, even though they were injured are still above average hitters, and Johnny Damon to top it off. Now with that lineup you should at least make it to the ALCS even if your pitching isn't that great, you should still be able to score enough runs to balance it out.
  11. yeaaa boyyyy, LETS GO METS, Mets going to NLCS. I was so happy when the Yankees lost then the Mets won. I was getting worried that the Mets weren't gonna win last night cause their bullpen wasn't as good as it usually is, but oh well, they won.
  12. Yea, tough loss for the Twins, I thought they would have won at least one game with the best pitcher in baseball. But i'm goin for the Mets. Im a huge Met fan. I was at game 2 on thursday. It looks like its gonna be Stl and NY in the NL, both up 2-0. And I think its gonna be Oakland and Detroit in the AL. Tigers are up 2-1 and the pitching matchup today has an advantage for Detroit. The Padres can't score runs, so it looks like the Cardinals are going to win that series. Mets-Dodgers is probably going to be the best matchup today with Maddux vs Trachsel. Both had similar regular season numbers. I think all the series will end today. With the Mets and Cardinals sweeping, and the Tigers knocking off the Yankees. LETS GO METS!!!!!!!!
  13. Lol, as soon as I saw this topic this ad popped into my head. They have a new one which is just as annoying where real people say "Head on, apply directly to the forehead, Head on, apply directly to the forehead, what an annoying commercial but WHAT A GREAT PRODUCT" God I hate it. And im starting to get tired of the Monday Night Football Commercials, I have nothing wrong with MNF, but their commercials are too annoying and on too much.
  14. This is pretty tricky. The easy ones I got by myself as soon as I saw themtexas chainsaw massacre, and silence of the lambs. I have 28 right now.
  15. The only thing I don't like about my school is getting up early. Other than that it's fine. Im friends with a lot of people in my classes, and my classes are fairly easy. Im a sophmore atm, so hopefully junior and senior year are better.
  16. I went to see a movie the other day and the previews there showed some clips that look way funnier than the first. Im probably gonna go see it the first day it comes out.
  17. If all the albums he put out were at the caliber of the Marshall Mathers LP, he would be the greatest ever. But the Eminem Show and Encore were not as good, although Eminem Show had a few good songs, but Encore was horrible. If you wanna hear a good song he made before he became popular, download the song Infinite and you will see how good lyrically he is. And ive also been looking at other forums to see what people say, but what do you people think the best rap song ever is?
  18. Japan and Venezuela are good teams, I think they will be facing each other in the international finals. The US finals im not too sure. Im liking the sound of Georgia and Oregon. Georgia has the kid that throws 80+ right? I couldn't believe he did that when I saw him pitch.
  19. IMO, if it wasn't for him being hurt, Francisco Liriano would be up there too but hes out of it for now. Papelbon has not been as stellar as he was in the beginning. I think its gonna go to Verlander, because he is the arguably the best starter on the best team in baseball. What about NL Rookie of the Year? I like Dan Uggla on that one, hes the one that sticks out in my mind. Or Johnson of the Marlins, he is having a pretty good year. My breakdown of the award winners this year: Al Cy Young: Johan Santana,Twins. Has 1 less win and 2 more lossed than Halladay, but has a slightly lower ERA and almost 90 more K's. Runner Up: Roy Halladay NL Cy Young: Brandon Webb, DBacks. 2nd Lowest ERA, tied for most wins, a solid all around pitcher. Runner Up: No clear runner up, but Ill say Carlos Zambrano. AL MVP: David Ortiz, Red Sox. Yep thats right Big Papi, even though he is a DH he is one of if not the best player in baseball. Leads league in HR, and RBIs. It goes to Ortiz, not Jeter. Runner Up: Derek Jeter NL MVP: This is a tough one, a few in the mix. Soriano, Pujols, Howard and my man Beltran who hit a 2 run walkoff tonight for my team the Mets. If Pujols wasn't injured for those few weeks in June, he would have run away with this, but I'm leaning towards Pujols. Runner Up: Not exactly sure. And wow, I am relieved to hear that Tom Glavine doesn't need surgery on his pitching shoulder. So he will be back in 7-10 days. And hopefully when Pedro comes back he will come and stay. W00t, just read the Mets got Shawn Green. As you can see im a Mets fan.
  20. Beastie Boys Notorious BIG Mobb Deep Bone Thugs N Hamony Eminem Tupac Just a few off the top of my head that I like that had major songs in the 90's.
  21. I agree with ^Lep^, those helmets are pretty ugly imo. I can't believe people are actually buying at that price lol. I need to try raising my crafting now because it's gonna be a lot easier with the stuff in the shop.
  22. JACKPOT. Lol. While on the topic of ripped jeans, it's kinda funny how I throw my jeans out when they rip while some companies sell them for $100+. Talk about a profit. Buy a pair of jeans, have fun tearing them up and sell them for double what you paid for.

I didn't have to cough for my sport physical. And I asked the doctor why they have to do this and he said they check for hernias (sp?). I hope they come up with an easier way in the future.
