But you cant be pretty sure that God doesnt exist just because it seems absurd in your mind. Btw this topic isnt about wether God exists or not, its asuming he did exists, would you worship him or now.

Ok your going to have to explain yourself a little more than that because saying that you think that God once did exist and now doesnt, makes no sense. You must think that God wasnt very great if he coulnt exist forever. And how do you think God went out of existence?

It was Satan (a fallen angel) that made us sin. Nope, not a valid answer. God made satan. Yes he made him good at the beginning but satan coudn't create evilness, he is just an angel,so god made it so that satan would fall and become evil. Satan already turned evil by sinning towards God. God did not make him evil. By sinning against God, Satan had already fallen Hmm, do I have to repeat myself? Satan didin't create himself. God made him evil by creating him the way he is, the way that he could become evil at some point and sin against god. Also, i've heard there is a partin bibble that says that god foresees everything that happens in this world, so he must foreseen that if he created satan he would turn evil, right? So yep, I say its 100% gods fault satan become evil. The question is only, why would god do something like that? God created Lucifer who was and angel. Then the angel sinned against God making him evil. This is a time when there was no sin, so there was no reason for God to think that one of his angels would sin against him. Also, God isnt just a magician who all he does is look into the future and use magical powers to do stuff. He is more than that, more than the human mind can ever comprehend.

God desires our hearts to love him, not our actions. Making us only do right, is like making robots. You never know if the robot actually loves you and desires to be with you. It's all obligation, and I believe that is unfair. So we're given the ability to sin to prove ourselves ? Fine if you think that. Personally, I don't buy it. I don't have any reason to prove myself. If God gave me one, then perhaps I'd try. I'm not saying I'm gonna do "bad" things on purpose, I'm saying I have no reason to prove myself to any God. By the way, using quotes from the Bible to explain God (and therefore the Bible) is like going in circles. You need to explain it in your own words. The Bible is by definition biased towards God, so I doubt it'd give a contrary explanation. That's a theory I've heard before actually. That people need some justification to their existence and therefore created something/someone to believe in. I say existence and not life, because finding a purpose to one's life is not as difficult as finding a purpose to what comes after (or before) life. Heard someone say once that the Bible was the biggest instrument of propaganda ever written. That's some food for thought. Note to everyone out here: I'm not trying to disrespect anyone or the Bible by that comment, I'm merely repeating it. Plus I've never said I agreed or disagreed with it. So you saying that you wouldnt want to prove to God that you loved him and accepted him after all that he did for you. (such as umm.....CREATE you). And dont go saying "Well I dont belive in God, so why should I prove something to him?" because this debate isnt about wether God exists or not it is about if there was undeniable proof that he was real, what you would do.

Ok, first of all God does want this power. He is a Jealous God according to the Bible and he deosnt want his people to be worshipping other Gods that are fake. If he made people and wants them to be grateful for things he has given them then I dont see a problem with that. And in the bible it does say that greed is sin, but keep in mind God is talkin to his "people" and telling them what to do and what not to do, the Bible is NOT a set of rules on what God should or shouldnt be like. And btw, dont forget this is GOD for gods sake (parden the pun), and that in it self makes him better than anyone of us.

why did the innocent baby die, along with anyone that was corrupt and sinful, and corrupt and sinful people are still all over, causing problems. and technically, since god supposedly created harmful bacteria/viruses, it is god's fault. The baby died because it got a disease.......and thats that. And yes God did allow the baby to get the disease, and didnt stop it, but he didnt give the baby the disease directly.

It's all part of the plan, eh. I'll remember that the next time a malnuourished and diseased baby dies at 8 months old. God is just trying to save it, duh! So you are blaming God for a baby getting a disease? Yes God does allow disease, but do you see why? Look at the world around you! at how corrupt people have become and sinful they have become.

so you're body is your temple and you've desicrated it. You can't get into heaven.....great rules to live by. I have a huge problem with the way "heaven" is set up. A guy who rapes and murders 200 people can get into heaven as long as he accepts christ as his savior, then he's washed of his sins. I can live my life doing nothing but helping other people never doing one thing wrong, but if I dont accept christ as my lord and savior I can't get into heaven. Heaven sounds like a racist country club to me The jewish torah says that as long as you do anything that is considered a major sin (like murder, or * or somthing along those lines), you'll go to heaven :) peronally i like that idea better than the christian views. Why should a person be punished (for eternity!) for their views on wether a man may or may not have been the "son of god" and accepts him as their "saviour" Why would you question God? And what did you mean about the torah? if you DO a bad thing you go to heaven?

If God sees that a murderer has truely changed his heart, than he will be accepted (obviously the murderer will get punished on earth so there is no reason to send him to hell) and God will probably punish him too, but he will not deny someone a relationship with him because of sins that someone has commited. And you have done something wrong in your life, everyone does and there is no way to not do something bad because no one is perfect. God says that every sin is equal in his eyes so therefore you are just as bad as that murderer.

I'm with you so far. Now I'm not. From not being able to reproduce, you jump to "unnatural relation". Wrong. The logical conclusion was: "it is impossible for 2 men to reproduce". Never in the rest of the quote have you addressed any other element of a homosexual relationship besides kids. And there's more to it that that. Just like there's more to marriage than that. I think that you can conclude that it is unnatural. Animals reproduce with one femal and one male. And animals only act on what is natural and instinct to them. Humans are obviously not like animals of course but there a lot of animal characteristics and human characteristics that we can conclude are natural. Such as the will to survive, every animals goal is to survive, and the same is true with humans. I think we can look at animals to find out what is natural when it comes to reproduction.

Just because someone continues to sin doesnt mean that they cannot have a relationship with Jesus. It may be hard for a homosexual to just become not a homosexual. Everyone sins when they know what they are doing is a sin and just because people do that, it doesnt mean Jesus doesnt want to have a relationship with everyone. I agree that Christians will want to follow the law but that doesnt always happen. Everyone has lied and will probably keep lying, but that is a sin and everyone sins, but that doesnt mean that you cant have a realationship with Jesus. Just because you decide to follow Jesus doesnt mean you are going to stop sinning. Everyone will sin, Christ follower or not, even if they know what they are doing is sinful. If you have a personal relationship with Christ, everyday you become more and more like Him. your absolutely correct.
