Dont suppose you might have a link to show how some of the exercises are done? (Russian Twists?) @Derek, well it wouldn't be progress if I wore a shirt to cover it up. ;)
  2. Best sceamo: [hide='']http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LyDPl6moOf4 Whats sad is I own the original cassette from back then, somewhere.[/hide] What annoys me a bit with it all is when people go Nazi on the whole thing, where everything MUST be sub-sub-sub-classified into a theme or else it doesn't belong 100%. It's like when I need new songs from my friends 80GB something-rather library of songs for using to host with, I ask for say "something with a bit of scream but more of a punk rock to it" then im given the lecture on the EXACT definition of each band and what they fall under. sure, some things need to be split to tell the difference on certain levels, but when you have to listen to each song from the band just to determine their own genre for themselves (which seems to be what its like these days) it's a pain in the ass.

Before I jump into parkour (because I need money to travel into town first) I thought it'd be best for me to build me body up for the actual role. now, Im not trying to get ripped or anything, but basically I need to know what muscles are used primarily in Parkour, how to strengthen those muscles without putting on excessive weight. Im mostly focusing on this as opposed to my running because I have breathing problems of which after a certain time my chest becomes so heavy, its almost impossible to breathe, and sadly has been like this since i was a kid (including when i was highly active, so chances are I'll be dismissed from the Army soon because I cant meet the requirements). I guess I'll be using this as sort of a blog also to keep records of my improvements, learn new things and whatnot. I've taken a photo at the beginning of the month as a starter image but wont post them until 1st July so I have a comparison. Sooo yeah, any and all Questions and Advice is greatly appreciated! I should also note I have GYM access (though no trainers to help at this one) so things like machines, weights etc aren't a problem.
  4. @Bran, your 3rd cause you suck. Grats man, you finally got the damn level. 0/10 [hide=Srs]10/10 cause you suck. <3[/hide]

I prefer the manual, but I drive automatic. (for now), mostly cause Im left handed, but Auto is handy for traffic.

  8. That was my thought too. I dont have much money for my level so there are times I will self-gather, but there are also other times where I wont do it because I refuse to spend hours grinding one thing, JUST to grind another. I rarely grind as it is and as such, try to minimize it because its a huge turn-off for me. EDIT: Another thing I hate is players telling me "You should do it this way because its fastest and most expensive, your doing it wrong" Im doing it the bloody way I want to, go shove your Godsword where the sun doesn't shine. <_<

And here I thought you were getting 13 claws JUST to fund your Prayer/Herblore obsession.
  16. I'll re-time it with a stole and post it in a moment. Okay, so I mis-calcd before. from 70-0 In this gear (which Ill post in a sec) it took: 4.29"46

Green drag, Super antis (if you can) and Godsword/Zammy Spear. Even with normal melee gear I slaughter them like bats, and you have the same offence skills as me. Aviansies, tank or pray. dont mage because they have good magic defence. I would suggest tanking since its most effective with runes or tabs for bones2peaches. Chaotic Rapier is a good thing. Herb Patch teles: Echotvial, Ardy Teleport, Camelot Teleport, Explorers Ring 3, 2 laws+fires for Trollhiem teleport for My Arm's patch. (Best methods) Fairy ring: Edgeville, Set your teleport to Varrock- GE, or teleport to Edgeville itself.
  18. Sadly you would be lucky enough to get maybe a disk of returning or half-wine. Everything else is practically 100m+, no thanks to the hoarders lately. I would try a mass object like seeds, bones, armor etc.
  19. We do not endorse 76k/26k Tricking, Scamming or GE Manipulation on Tip.It as well as all Runescape rules. Also your signature is 4 times over the restricted limit...
  20. With the halos, I tested a Sara halo + prossy + sw cape + fally shield, on average it would take me about 9-10 mins for my prayer on Piety to go from 70 to 0, if I added in the stole... Ooo lordy.

MIT in Theoretical Physics? you can be the next Gordon Freeman! As its winter, working out, job hunting (for the past 18 months, god damn you NSW) and if all fails, Air Force because Army lost my interest fast with screwing up 2 months of pay.

I will admit I have played a few out of curiosity, and I much prefer the real thing because: A ) Its managed by people who know what there doing. B ) There's no self acomplishment getting a quick 99 on a server of which will crash and restart your stats every so often. C ) Pures. (Yep) they're just as rude and obnoxious in PS's then the real RS. As for cracking down, there have been a few cases where Jagex has forced them to shut down, and times where jagex has crashed their servers to no repair (since they made the coding) for stealing their program code etc. The only reason you dont hear of it often also is because they try to persuade owners of PS's to shut them down with the hint of suing so that it doesn't get splattered all over news etc.
  23. Hibernate/Standby Mode?
  24. There's an option for that known as "locking" From memory, you need to change the way you login (so instead of clicking on their name then pass, they have to write their name EXACTLY and pass in), then in that area there's a feature for "locking" if the screensaver turns on. Control Panel > User Accounts: > Change the way users log on and off > Clicky That's for the login part. Right-Click desktop > Properties > Screensaver > "On resume, password protect. (Click it) Thats for the screensaver. Oh, you dont need the first step either. Just dont forget the exact spelling of your username and password.
  25. ....So as a range pure... whats his range level?
