Does anyone know how much xp you get from a voyage and how much xp you need for each level? Failing that, does anyone know approximately how many voyages it takes to get level 10?

It was 84% and 16%, just for clarity. I'd be interested to know how they got the statistics too. Certainly, there's no description of methodology, so it's very, very difficult to draw any real conclusions from this. If their methodology was literally picking avatars, it's deeply flawed. Bias doesn't necessarily invalidate results though. What matters is how likely it is that sheer probability or bias produced the results. A big enough survey would still be valid, in that regard, it's just that without any simple numbers (not percentages or ratios) or method described, it's impossible to judge. You can get a decent job with psychology. I have a friend who's an anthropology major though. She has no idea what she's going to do when she graduates.

You really should only be attending those top-tier schools if you know you're going to be able to afford it. Maybe a few schools are worth going in debt for, like I would have been more than willing to throw myself deep into debt if I got accepted to Stanford, but Georgia Tech just isn't one of those schools. Look for alternatives that you can afford. For example, on a list of the best engineering programs (which had GT at 6th), my school was ranked 42nd, but our engineering program still kicks ass and just about everyone in state can afford to go here. Basically, don't obsess over the big name. There are a lot of schools out there that will give you an amazing education at a quarter of a price. Remember, your future employers won't care about your alma mater more than how well you do in your interview.

110k xp/hour is pretty bad, considering Glacors are like 6-7 times faster xp/hour and even the abyss is 3 times faster

You're going to want to use a heavy wool for the fabric, which isn't exactly cheap, but if you use a less expensive and lighter fabric, you'll get a cape that looks stupid. Line it with something like velvet. Don't use wool for the trim. Do all of your measurements before you start working on it, and make sure your measurements are perfect. The easiest way to mess this up is to make a cape that doesn't fit perfectly on you. You'll probably have to get creative with the shoulder pads, since they're actually just obnoxious things sticking out, not shoulder pads. Overall, I'd probably expect to spend $200-$250 on this.

I had a bit of a chat with a Mod yesterday, we should be getting new slayer masks this week and they also mentioned that names will be getting freed up soon, however people may not like how they will be made available... The name change system is their lowest priority. Mods have been saying they're releasing more names "soon" ever since the first batch. Don't count on it happening until at least midway through 2015.
