  1. You're actually wrong there. The dungeon that is created for you will never be impossible to complete. You may not be able to get to all the bonus rooms, and you personally may not be the one in your group able to complete tasks or gather materials, but the path to the boss room is always POSSIBLE. So having higher levels in other skills is just a bonus, not a requirement (just as in every other skill). Even the enemies you face have their levels scaled to your team.
  2. To "Dragon Crossbow" article. You are sorely mistaken if you believe that crossbow is the most overdue dragon equipment. Dragon woodcutting axe was released ages ago, though I'd rather not try to look up the year. Ever since, I have been waiting patiently (less patiently as time goes ad infinitum) for the dragon pick axe. When they came up with the adze, and had it equivalent to the dragon woodcut axe, but only equivalent to the rune pick axe, I came to the conclusion they're not even considering a dragon pick axe. Who knows why? They could make a sick looking pick, and what will it hurt? Jagex let me down on this one.
  3. Haha, however much isn't claimed by anyone else.
  4. I don't feel like looking through all my games, but these I know off the top of my head: Every Legend of Zelda Title Age of Empires (+ expansion) Age of Empires II (+ expansion) Age of Empires III (just got expansion, pending) Age of Mythology (+ Titans expansion) Super Mario 64 Crash Bandicoot (original) Toy Story (Genesis) Lion King (Genesis) Banjo Kazooie Banjo Tooie Super Mario Sunshine Paper Mario Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door I'm done thinking about this.
  5. So I just found out that when wearing Ava's Accumulator you actually CAN have it retrieve your arrows (knives and darts too) from the ground for you, but that for this to work there can be nothing in between you and the target you shoot at. For example, Fire Giants not across the table, Blue Dragons in members dungeon from between rocks but not the one under Heroes Guild through the fence), Hellhounds, etc. Bad places are across tables, through fences, etc. Can anyone help me with more safespotted places that don't require shooting over or through things, and that have a reasonable respawn rate for that monster's level (as in, dragons are acceptable because though there are fewer, they take longer to kill anyway, so you're mostly busy). I hope my question is understood and that you can help. Thanks. ~Legume~
  6. Maybe the rc pkers are dumb, maybe not. But I'm quit tired of hearing the crafters complaining. It IS in the wilderness. Just because you aren't doing anything to harm them doesn't mean they will do the same. Jagex wasn't just going to give us an absolutely free ticket to much faster runecrafting. Notice I say US because I use the abyss too. If you have a problem with the pkers, then don't use the abyss.
  7. I love how everyone is posting good and bad things about what is IN your game, but I'm the only one who focused on the impossibility of the game even being run, let alone how good/bad it would be. What difference do any of the posts on the last couple pages make when you cant run the game because of the reasons on my last 2 posts?
  8. Not to mention the server issues. When it comes out that there will be one, it has to be at a certain time. EVERYONE will be online, people will stay up late and other get up early just to do this. And getting all the contestants to the same world for the finals would be ballsville because that world would already be full with other people who wanted to watch. "Oh, jagex can close the world off, or make a new one." They won't close the world, and I'd bet it would be difficult to make their server restrict all but the finalists. Unless they made one world a "Champions' World" like they have members and nonmembers. But even that means they'd have to use an entire (expensive) server to play just a few people, and only have it operate 7 times a year. Sorry, but they'll never do this.
  9. One not-so-tiny hole. How are you supposed to make sure no one logs out. Or what if someone has a bad connection and they keeps geting kicked and coming back. And you can't trust that everyone who's interested in the grand award is gonna have enough time to play the whole thing, maybe a real-world event sneaks up on them and they have to split. You say "Oh, people know their schedules and they shouldn't play." But they will. It'll be those kids who can't even fathom the idea of getting some great reward that no one else will have, and they can't help themselves from entering, even if they know they dont hqave but like 20 minutes still left online before they have to split. The reason other multi-player minigames work is because they don't require the same people to play each game, so people can come and go as they please from their favorite runescape world. This on the other hand does require the same people to play, to continue into the finals or whatnot. The infrastructure of this event is too weak, Jagex would never make this. Sorry
