  5. verra nice, you are a good writer. whats 500 rubles in American money?
  6. Ozzy! That is too harsh! One must say these things in love. I believe that writing talent (which you do have) will be better used on things which will be more... non-transpecies gay or whatever that guy was... immorality gains you fame, but it does not gain you respect.
  7. Chapter 15: So many years, so many days The chaos was astounding, thank goodness Mr. Hintak couldn't see the mess. Hylean wass crouched in the center of the room, screaming his lungs out while holding where the spear had pierced him. Ranguvar and the Seer were continuously trying to get him to teleport, but failed as Hylean's magic repulsed them. Alexia ran up to him and tried to get close enough, but a powerful blast sent her flying into the next room. Eventually, the Seer used a teleother spell and Hylean disappeared. Alexia, unable to run, tried to limp in as fast as she could, but she was too late. She just leaned against the door posts and waited for someone to explain to her why this had to happen. "I told you not to come down, you'll get no sympathy. Ranguvar, please do not go after him, he will return to the way he once was... in a couple years." The Seer said coldly. ... "I'm sorry, this is hard for me too." And the Seer walked away, and teleported. Alexia looked at Ranguvar, her head was down, a cut across her forehead. "He's like that, this means he's really worried, he did that when Mom died too. Just sort of alienated everyone. But when he says something, it happens, our family can see the future." Ranguvar said, more to herself than Alexia. "But where did he go?" "The Wilderness, to kill. It would be best if you stayed with me and worked here." "No, I want to see Hylean." "That will hurt you both, Dad said that the magical energy must be released if he is to be around normal people. Just, please, stay here." -Wilderness- It was dark and bleak, and the corpses of many were all around. They weren't dead a minute ago. Hylean moved around, looking for the living, halberd and dagger in hand. Blood dripped all about him as he scrounged for food and water, he ate and walked away. Something in his mind crying, but in his insanity, he could not comprehend. -Falador- "Will it be so many years and so many days before we could be united?" Ranguvar joined Alexia on the rooftop. "You know, I think Majharrat are some of the toughest people, we take a beating... and we keep loving. ... Let him go for now. It's for the best, he'll come, and then you can have him to yourself, eh?" "I'm going out, don't wait up." And she jumped down. Grabbing her underused bow and a selection of arrows. She would go to the cause, and hopefully, finally figure out what she was to do.
  8. Spooky, an excellent short story.
  9. A majharrat is an extra-Gielnor being that comes from Freneskae, due to their powers, they are considered gods, I.e. Zamorack is a majharrat, who took over from the majharrat Zaros, and so on. This will be explained a bit more in detail later in the story.
  10. Tomos sat with his captains, from the vice-admiral in the Procurator to the commanders in the Tartan patrol cruisers. This was his fourth gathering, and they all had began to know each other very well, motioning the servers out, he began to lay out his plans. "Alright this is my Graaannnd MASter Plaaan!" And with a flourish, he took out a star map, and with another flourish, he started to point out the specifics. "Alright! Now, the Victories and my ship will be participating in a common frontal attack pattern. The Procurator, Vice-admiral, will micro-jump three times, so that you arrive on their side to of the Tartans, -you and you- will do the same, I don't need accuracy, just surprise. This is not a battle to die over, if I lose more than 3 non-fighter ships, we pull out, lick our wounds, and try again with a different plan. I had pushed for an interdictor, but Tarkin wouldn't hear of it..." The captains continued to listen, it seemed a sound plan. Goodness knows it had some flaws, but, unless something really unexpected happened, they would win. -Newly arrived Keldabe battlecruiser Death and Destruction- "So when do the troops arrive?" Said Eldon, sitting back in his chair. "I already told five friggin' minutes ago, they'll be here in a couple days." Yelled his subordinate. "Why does yell at me, the boss says 'you idiot' you yell... why does everyone yell at me (sob)" The subordinate looked around, the crew all had their faces turned, it was up to him, then. "Now, we don't mean to say that... well... ummm... you're doing a good job sieging this place!" "Do you really mean it?" (smiles) "(aside) No! Just give me.... (To Eldon) Yes, I do!" "Good! Now, prepare for attack, I have a feeling that companies coming." Eldon called out, this wasn't the first time, and, all of a sudden, 4 victory class Star Destroyers and an Imperial-class Star Destroyer, with a couple escort ships. "Wow, that was fast." Eldon remarked calmly, time to show them how good he is!!
  11. Chapter 14: Malevolent Skies The skies were cloudy, dark brooding, malevolent, even. Alexia was sitting on the roof of the inn, looking up, hoping she could just see through them. Hylean's father had yet to leave the room. She could feel the magical energies coming from the room. The inn was closed, as Ranguvar was too distraught to wait tables, and the rest were scared of Hylean, they remembered what he had done a year ago. Mr. Hintak wasn't any better, nervous, seeing the Falador guard in every shadow. Her head ducked down, letting rain pour on her, she felt it proper. She looked up as someone caressed her shoulders as a coat was put on her, For a second, she saw Hylean, but soon realized it was the Seer. "I don't want to heal you too, colds are very hard." "Can I see Hylean now?" "You're a good girl... I knew I had seen right, no, I want to talk to you for a bit." "Is there anything you want?" "Not really, I just wanted to talk, about you and Hylean." "I love him... And I don't want to hear you can't be together..." "You can't be together, yet." Alexia looked at him, starting to say something. "Don't say anything and let me explain something. I healed Hylean physically, but spiritually, he is immensely unstable. That spear was a Majharrat's special attack, like Hylean's and mine Magical Emperor, and it does a lot of damage to other Majharrat." "HOLD UP! He's a Majharrat!! And Rang? And you?" "And you!" "Me?" "Yes, that's what I said. Listen, Hylean knew it, so did Ranguvar, and your father and mother, rest their souls." He looked at her, she didn't move, so, the war has dulled her a bit. "Unfortunately, I'd unlock the power in you, but because of some of the things that has happened it would be dangerous. But you're an archer aren't you? That must be coo..." "But what about Hylean! I don't need special powers or anyt" Interrupted Ranguvar, who was in turn interrupted. "He will have to leave, he used his abilities too much without control, like having a bow with a string that's too strong. What's that?" They sat in silence, soon, even Alexia could feel the strange magics emanating from the room before. "Hylean's waking up, I don't want you to see him, its unbalancing for him. Listen, eventually, you'll find happiness, the future cannot possibly be written in stone for one as strong as you, and Hylean, well, I can't predict his future any more." He disappeared. And Alexia sat there feeling the coat that was Hylean's wondering at the Seer's words, why couldn't he see his own son's future? She heard strange noises, a shout, and a scream. She could no longer help herself and she jumped down, and into the inn. The skies still looked very malevolent, pouring down their hate into the ground.
  12. excellent, reminds me of Resident Evil (the book) That was a cool book (wanna play the game) Very bloody and dark, perfect for my blood lust.
  13. cool, I like the name Mishka
  14. As a Christian, the words "Savior" and "resurrection" are very special, but it not something to be offended over in any way or use (well... except in used with four letter words, you know the kind) I would not feel offended if someone had their title as "Savior" it is just the title of the story (unless the story was pornographic...) The idea is: that unless the story is offensive to your culture, you shouldn't really worry about it offending anyone.
  15. Not bad, but yes, you need a little help. For example, "Blah" I said, "Blah" he said to "Blah" I said "Blah" he said. Besides that, the first person is risky, but it is very good if done right (I can't really) I would like to see you continue it.
  16. +111111111!!!!! let it rest...
  17. ha ha ha! made me feel better! ah....
  18. Draconis saw, rather than felt the dragon, and he knew that only he had the power to destroy it, but it would be exhausting! "Some kid jumps into the water, we have to save him, AGAIN! And I have to save us all, FLLLAAASSSSHHHH FFFFFIIIRRRREEE!!!!" He unleashed all the heat he could towards the emerging dragon, evaporating it, well, at least the steam removed the sound of screams. Thus freed, they had to wait while Draconis ate food to recharge himself. Not to mention putting whatever first aid they had on their fresh burn wounds. They grumbled, but it was better than drowning, Draconis made plain. -Zeke's room- Zeke merely smiled at that red mage's futile attempts, really, it would merely convalesce and reform back into what it was. Really, did they think strategically how to do this? His cat meowed, but he shook his head, better save energy for the final battle, if they even got that far. He sent the dragon to reform in the banquet hall, more than enough room to unleash its true potential. --- Fun! why is water so weak! Gah ha ha! *roar!!!* argghh!!! blub...
  19. Having had his behind saved by no less than two people in so many hours, Draconis thought it best to introduce himself to other mages and... coward. "My names Draconis, I figure the town's big enough for all of us, so why not work together?" "Name's Tagon, and I agree, any ruler would be better than that crazed Necromancer." "Ummm..." "I wasn't extending the deal to you, weakling, you have nothing to offer." Tagon stared at him warningly, then looked back to the geek. "My name is Taron, I'll help out given the chance." "Kuul, though I would prefer to work alone, however, I agree that I can stab you in the backs when the Necromancer can't raise you as a powerful evil minion." "We never said that." "Whoops, slip of the tongue, please ignore! Heh heh!" Embarrassed, he scratched the back of his head. Involuntarily, Tagon and Taron took a step away, Draconis made a face and flash froze, then thawed him, almost instantly. "Yeah, try that, I'm not a mage, at least not in the normal sense, I'm a soldier. And I thank you for not saying those kind of things again!" They looked around, a stairway led to the upper regions. Only one thing for it.
  20. Lucky! That's the only form of water that can hurt him. But careful, his entire being is fire, so really, earth spells are best used offensively against him. Draconis and the other three landed quite well, it was only a small drop. And then Draconis lit a fire ball. And then they wished he hadn't. Monsters attacked, Draconis and the mage, with the cowering gamer between them, started using attacks like mad, trying to find a weakness, finally Draconis realized what to do. "Quickly! Fire attacks, just like the horse! Fire Tornado!" A whirling mass of fire broke among the undead, scattering them. The mage also shot out all the fire spells he knew, causing much damage. The room, finally, was empty. Draconis sat down, that last attack used up a lot of his energy. Zeke walked in, chuckling to himself. "Well well well. You're nearly there, just a little more! Yah ha ha ha!" And he disappeared in a small cloud of black smoke. Draconis motioned for a rest, then, after a moment, he was recharged. He would enjoy that blasted necromancer's destruction!
  21. Draconis slipped in with the weakling, no one noticed. He then mingled with the crowd, being careful to control his power so that it was not noticeable. The crowd had gathered around a poor, blind, deaf and dumb girl, motioning something or other. It took a moment to realize that this was all a hoax. There were only maybe ten different people, including the girl. Now it would be merely finding the originals. Stalking among the crowd, using his training to blend in, he found the other nine due to their reactions to him. He tried to destroy them, but no matter what kind of non-blatant attack, he could not cause the dopplegangers to disappear. Seeing the mage look around questioningly, finally seeing Draconis, who soon explained what he thought was happening. The mage had been moved by the poor girl, but now understood what he must do. He had the runes, and the copies dissipated. The nine bowed and left. The three went up to the girl, Draconis yelled into her ear. "Oi! They've left, you can stop pretending!" "You don't... have... to... yell!!! Raaaggghh!" The girl cast off her guise and turned into a great monster, not unlike a giant werewolf. The mage looked at him. "Next time I ask the questions!" Draconis shrugged. "Fire storm!" A great moiling ball of fire slowly flew toward the monster, the mage firing off his own spells and the weak geek running off somewhere, into the next room.
  22. yes, but Harry has to go to school, wizards like Gandalf and Runescape don't go to school, Runescape is self taught, indicating that it is merely control over the runes you have.
  23. Chapter 13 Blood and Guts, part 2 Cona stood on the battlement of the tower of Blood, relishing the moon light. A soldier came up to him and whispered in his ear. Cona smiled, why were heroes so easily predictable? Why did heroes have to be... heroic? He lifted his arms and smiled, then, he jumped off the battlements. Falling, he snapped himself out of his mood, then floated, using repetitive air rune magics. He found he had stopped outside of the cell that the cursed son of a majharrat's girly friends were. He looked into the window and ripped the wall from its spot, grabbing the girls, he let himself fall, unharmed, to the ground. -inside the tower of Blood- Hylean ran about trying to find Alexia and Ranguvar, but he could not, until he found a conspicuous cell, namely, it had no back wall. He looked out and saw Cona holding the girls in either hand, taunting him. "Come and get me, Majharrat!" Hylean should have been puzzled at this, but he wasn't, he jumped, loosing his halberd and dagger. Cona laughed and leaped to meet him in the air; the clash was tremendous, but it was soon obvious who was most powerful. Hylean couldn't move as he felt the flesh being torn off him as Cona attacked. He did not stab, but used the sharp point to flay Hylean alive. Finally, he had enough, a quick smash and Hylean created a crater in the ground. But Hylean knew when to retreat, Cona was gloating, but he would not stay that way for long. He grabbed and absorbed as many runes for telekinetic grab as he could and used it on Alexia and Ranguvar. Summoned to his side, he grabbed more than enough runes for teleport to Falador. Cona realized that he was about to disappear and cast his spear at Hylean. Hylean teleported as it reached him, nearly throwing off the spell, but he pulled it through. -Falador- Mr. Hintak was taking a walk for his nerves, and he felt much calmer, then Hylean, Ranguvar and Alexia suddenly appeared at his feet. It didn't do him any good. In a state of nervousness and funk, he was somehow able to help Hylean up, who, in spite of blood loss and a spear in his chest, piercing a lung, could stand. A couple of the waitresses of the bar, now accustomed to his screaming, helped him drag the trio in. -next day- Ranguvar and Alexia woke up to crushing pressures at their waists, the reason why soon apparent. Hylean was with them on the bed, with a giant blood stain and hole on his chest and naked waist up, not to mention the death grip on their waists. They both fairly leaped out of bed before they knew it. Then the realization set it. "Hylean!" Alexia yelled, Ranguvar merely teleported. She rushed back to the bed, and grabbed Hylean, trying to remember what to do. She couldn't wake him up so she merely let herself collapse on his chest. "Out of the way!" And the Seer came in. He had heard the news from Ranguvar, who followed. "You're Hylean's father!?" She jumped back, astonished. "Yes, now shut up!" The Seer was irritable, this would be tough.
  24. (poor horse beast, I feel sorry for it) Draconis heard the commotion and the kid babbling about some "game," he thought it better just to avoid them completely. Then the horse beast charged him. "Well now, lets not do that..." He said, but, he gathered power. "Fire tornado" Focusing on the words and what he wanted, the nightmare was destroyed nearly instantly by his power. "And what's this?" Another monster, this a grotesque, abominable patchwork of flesh, another common necromancer pet. It roared and charged at him, wielding great axes as he charged. "Fire pit!" The ground under the monster groaned, then burst into a fiery frenzy that began to incinerate the beast. It suddenly jumped through it, nearly all of the body on fire. "Fire bolt." Attacks blasted the abomination, until the flesh fell apart, nicely cooked. Draconis was not even fatigued as he walked onward. The goal was still a long time away.
