If I low alch a steel platebody how much money will I get? Also...how much are nats and fires worth? So...would there be a profit?

Can someone tell me a few places where there are 3 iron ores that would be good for powermining? I usually powermine at Al-Kharid but I've tried every world for my connection (so there's no lag) and there's a bunch of level 70s-80s...(AKA no exp for me...)
