I'd say mine addytite since you have 72 mining. :) (Yes, I call adamantite addytite :XD:)

I'd say just finish the unfinished but started ones and the rest is up to you. :) It depends on what you like in a quest or if you want EXP rewards in a certain skill. :wink:
