It is easier to get younger people to start, but it also works in reverse, it is easier to try and stop when you're younger. I'd start suggesting you try and quite now if you really want to. I honestly have no plans of quitting, any time soon at least.

Dwarfdude3..you deserve to be smacked, twice. Smoking does not make you look cool/rich in any way, shape, or form. I do smoke, yeah I'm underaged as well (15), I regret ever starting.. I know it's absolutely horrible for me, but it's alot harder to quit that it sounds/looks.

I like the idea, but the rewards are WAY too high.. I can understand maybe 100-200k exp..but 500? no way. and 2M gp is way out of line..maybe 50-250k

And to those who think the market for swordies/lobbies will go down/crash, that is why I suggested that full swordies will take longer to fish than tuna and swordies. if it's that much of a problem, then the fisherman idea (that I posted in an earlier post) could be adjusted to that the harpoons can break after so long and we have to repair/buy a new one (But I'd rather not make this that complicated

Jagex is against pures in every way, they won't make this happen because it would be PURE based (mostly pures will use it)

The only way I can HONESTLY see this happening is if the following apply to the staves: An extremely hard quest leading to an extremely hard boss fight leading to a new area with an extremely hard monster that drops them at an extremely low rate (Extreme..no? :D) The staffs BREAK after so many hours of use (like barrows) and to repair them it costs more than 750k. they are UNTRADABLE (Pures would be at such a huge advantage) Requires 85 Magic and 70 attack and 65 strength I think I set the bar high enough :)

I explained the situation to most of them (3 out of the 5) and they said that they really don't mind that I can't pay them back. I truly DON'T have to pay them back, it's just something that if I don't I'll feel bad about myself :\ (I know it's only a game but still)

Well, I owe about 5 of my friends 400k+ each, I have no money whatsoever (DCed and lost all cash to a random [i had enough to pay them back with at least 500k left for me too :\]) Sooo yeah, I plan to quit..But I'll feel guilty about not paying them back..anyone have any ideas? I have no stats, at all. I have no supplies, weapons, etc. And my skiller/main was recently locked *some may have read my flaming post about it yesterday* anyone got some good suggestions? :\

Barbtail was strictly made for being a harpoon able to be weilded (In my opinion) I don't want to add another item, or make things complicated like a new quest (I'm not being lazy, I'm just saying.. I dislike making simple things complicated, like fishing :x) Maybe a store that sells these "Fine and large harpoons", that Tomdavies90 said, in the fishing guild. But have it that the guy who sells them will only talk to you if you are 72 fishing and cooking (just for a challenge), he'll also be stocked with swordfish and tuna, in decent amounts as well.

lol on my strength pure (60 attack, 75 strength) I got all the defenders in under 500 tokens :D I got lucky, even though they're useless to me (1 defence), but I was only training and I just picked them up for laughs

Ugh.. I personally like fishing my own swordies to pk in f2p with, but i hate when i get an inventory of like..20 tuna and only 7 swordies! So I thought, what if we could fish differently (style-wise) so we don't get tuna... How about different styles of harpooning, one so you get only tuna (if you're powerfishing/training cooking), one so you get both tuna and swordies, and one where you only get swordies. When you go to the water's edge, you'd click harpoon then a screen comes up and says: Would you like to: Easy stab - Tuna Accurate stab - Tuna/swordfish Aggressive stab - Swordfish Of course, if you chose the swordfish only option, You'd fish them slower than you would with both tuna and swordies. (this way, we don't get faster exp)

Ugh..Many things I'm Muted, I hate it when someone asks me a detailed question that I can't answer with emotes... -.- Or when I'm pking (i'm a ranger "pure") and some noob safes/pjes..etc, and I can't flame them or anything, same thing when people ask me "deathmatch" or "no protect" and so on..

Ok, I've been through most "stages/phases" of the social society (that's what we call it in my area).. Whigger, Prep, Goth, Punk, Etc..except for jock. I have no physical activity in me, whatsoever. Back to the topic, at my school, everyone and their mother has a myspace, it's been like that for about..2 years now. So, I'm mostly friends with the punk/mosher/emo "group", as much as I hate to call them that, but I've never been recognized as that. So I decided to put a picture on my myspace of me, but it was 2 pictures, one in the morning and one at night. I edited them together, half and half. (Kind of like trying to show the Chaos angel, one half is bright, the other evil.) The Bright side, had me with a hat and a twisted smile on my face with a gun aimed at my head, and the dark side was just me with my hat on, the shadow covering my eye. For the record, I was aiming for the song by Trivium called "Gunshot to the head of trepedation (SP?)", that's what I put as the caption. Litterally the next day at school, I got called an "emo/emo-[bleep]" etc. about 40 times. It kept going on like that for about 2 weeks till I finally decided to delete it, so people would stop being annoying. Well, all I really wanted to know was some of you people's opinions on social profiles/groups/etc. I personally don't judge people.
