The 3k trade thing comes into effect in January. For dropping, I think only items of 3k value will appear.

You're not allowed to trade 3k over or under the value of what is being traded to you which is determined by the market value of the items. Not sure about the monsters. I think they're gonna fill the wilderness with a few more minigames. If you go into the wildy, you can't attack other players.

Because PKing has been turned into bounty hunter, does that mean that PK trips are no longer possible? And, if so, what is the point of Loot Share now?

We don't need to worry. They can't possibly have enough mages to make a dent. They'll probably get teamed on very quickly.

Keyloggers track the strokes of your keyboard, so there really isn't anything that Jagex can do to stop them from tracking what you type. However, they can't track what you click.
