  1. I usually brush twice a day during school terms, once after breakfast, once after dinner. I don't floss, but I usually eat a lot of chewing gum out of habit. I use like Colgate bluey mint stuff with the sparkly strips inside, I have no idea what it's called. I try and remember over the Holidays, but most of the time I can only manage it like once halfway through the day because I'm never home at night. ._. When I was a kid I had Junior Jaws toothpaste. That stuff was [bleep]ing tasty, I used to eat it half the time. D:

I ate half of my father's hash cookies without realising it. He was not very happy. ._o I am now watching Burn Notice and reading Dr. McNinja.
  5. Whistle for the Choir, by The Fratellis.
  6. The best thing you'll get is 80s facerolling BC raids for the achievements. And even then they'll wipe in some of the instances because they're bad. Seriously, I've seen almost an entire raid get MC'd by Felmyst gas. I mean Christ. D:
  7. Ahahah. ^ I'd check out Terry Pratchett's Discworld series. The first couple of books started out as a kind of parody of the fantasy genre, but he's turned it into a full-fledged awesome universe, and it's insanely readable. There's something like 50 books in total, and they're all the perfect blend of hilarious and serious. There is an element of story progression, and most of the books have recurring characters/settings, but you could start at pretty much any book and know what's going on. I'd recommend the Night Watch subseries type thing, myself. Guards! Guards!, Feet of Clay, Night Watch, Thud!. Awesome characters, and awesome stories, though every book in the series is spectacular. ;D I think you may be a fan, there's really no designated target audience, I think I started reading them when I was about 13, and I'm still reading them today. I'll also vouch for the Belgariad/Malloreon series by Eddings, they're pretty decent fantasy. Also the ones by him involving Sparhawk are good, too, though their names have slipped my mind. D:

  10. I'm teaching my niece how to play WoW. ... I'm a terrible, terrible person.
  11. /ninja Shouldn't be too hard, awesomest game ever. :3 Cookies if you get the filename, too.
  12. Not a movie, but I'm up to S2 Ep11 of Burn Notice. It's so awesome. :3
  13. The Watchmaker's Apprentice, by the Clockwork Quartet. :3
  14. Most of the decent 10-mans I'm in (usually only ToGC for lolz) the leaders use the Armoury to check gear, chants and if they actually have the achievement and they aren't just using some addon to make it, Gearscore is just the prelim thing, which is how I think it should be used. Got my Ulduar Proto-Drake on my Death Knight today, finally replacing that godawful Purple Gryphon.
  15. Hardly. They need to make all the specs less godawfully boring. Why would you need to nerf a Ret Paladin? ._o Because kicking people when they're on the ground is fun. Level 20 on the rogue now so got my mount (nice to have it at 20). Still getting used to this whole idea of "Gear score" now, seems pretty weird but a nice idea. It is not a nice idea. At all. The idea's fine, but the execution was terrible, mainly because most people who play WoW are [developmentally delayed]ed. Elitist Group is better, anyway. : D When ICC came out: "LFM for ICC25 5k Gearscore and link achievement!" Now with 10% buff: "LFM for ICC25 first 4 bosses only, 5.5k gearscore, link 2nd wing achievement!" It's abused to the maximum. I was playing on my druid, probably geared enough for Ulduar, maybe ToC10 but I think that's pushing it a little. These guys were looking for a group for Naxx10. NAXXRAMAS. TEN PEOPLE. I got declined, because my gearscore wasn't 5k. FOR NAXXRAMAS. One day later I solo heal Sartharion. There are so many people out there with 6k gearscore thinking it makes them pro, and anyone with lower gearscore is bad. It does ruin the game, I mean, it means nothing. I have the lowest gearscore in our guild out of all the raiders because I missed 2 months (A few people have the gearscore AddOn for lolz etc.) yet I'm still doing competetive DPS, and not at the bottom because it's the choice of item not the one with the highest iLvl. Nadril, when you hit 80, or 85, or whenever, if you want to get into dungeons and stuff, get Underachiever and farm the f*** out of heroics until you have as much of the highest iLvl badge gear stuff as you can. It's the only way to get into raids later. That's exactly my point. It's useful as a guideline to determine whether or not someone is geared enough for a raid, but most people treat it as the be all and end all of skill determination. It's not the addon, it's the people that use it.

  18. Nyaaaaaargh can't wait. So long for Paladins. : <
  19. 9/12 ICC10H down. Putricide, Sindragosa and the Mr. Lich to go. The first time I've gotten properly into raiding, instead of just pugging random crap, and it is awesome fun. :3

Obligatory laugh at how inadequate you are with your puny posts. Today I joined (well co-made) a Bad Company 2 team. I'm still... uh, waiting on them to restore my 22k posts that got lost when they did their April Fool's prank. Honest! >_>

  22. Dial-Up Town, by Shael Riley. <3
  23. Well, Eddings' intention with the Belgariad was to create a simple, compelling, generic fantasy series, and in that he succeeded, at least. Like he said, it was supposed to be the literary equivalent of pedalling dope. I think he related it to. So... yeah. ._o It was enough to hold my attention for two subseries and the two prequels, so that's more than I can ask for. I don't go in for the whole literary deconstruction, I just like to read. >_<
  24. Yeah, the beginning was kinda hard to read for me as well. It gets better though. :3 It's not as bad as his other series though, in terms of vocabulary. I swore he went back in time to find words no one has used in like forever for those books. D:
