Tbh, glitchers suck. Anyway, Hardcore is still full of SMG/MG'erz.

Infernape isnt as good as people probably think imo, Blaziken = higher stats just slightly worse movepool. But in-game you have Houndoom, which is a great special sweeper. Torterra's basically a backup imo. 5000th post z0mg.

I'll add you when I really wanna get into brawl again. I thought you wouldve meant hard as in hard to connect, it isnt really, people who think it are seriously just try a few times and give up. Personally I have to play one game screwing up knees and then I can hit a heap of them in the next. Btw, I love the missed knee into u air off stage. It's such a lifesaver :P NEXT POST = 5000 POSTS.

Lol, And people who defend it think it's not a slight rip off of Melee, at the slightest bit really. Speed, hitstun, frames = so close to melee. Atleast they didnt put Wavedashing in. It does sound like a good thing to do if you get bored with normal Brawl for a while.

Torterra ftw srs

On platinum there's no real good grass pokemon in comparison to the water/fires you can get, (Houndoom/Octillery = great special attackers) Torterra's good, but not great on the special side of things. Depending on your situational gain you'd use Torterra for basically attacking/tanking and STAB earthquake, Empoleon isnt THAT great, but on the defencive side I guess he can be. Infernape on the other hand is also a pretty awesome starter. Probably was the best for Pearl/Diamond. In platinum though, there's more of a lack of a physical grass tank with stab earthquake imo. Houndoom p0wnz.

Personally, even though I do it, it annoys me when people say "hell" to make something sound more serious.. "THATS HELL COOL!!1" I really hate it when people play music loudly in class just because its on the radio, and people hear it often, then I do it to shut them up and I get called emo. /deathmetal.

Knees arent hard to hit. The only way snakes down smash hits is if you throw your opponent into it or they're [developmentally delayed]ed

^Kinda obvious since ROMs of games are illegal and the R4 plays ROMs..

His involve grenades (SNAKE), usually baking while walking to you and shielding just before it goes off.. Timing his snakeslides (mortar slides).. But most are on the grenades, I can use snakes mindgames pretty decent, at above an average level I'd say, but it takes a while for me to begin to use them properly in a game.

Consider getting Houndoom though, has to be one of my fave pokemon, with a base special attack barely lower than Alakazam, stab from dark pulse and flamethrower, with nasty plot an will-o-wisp = pretty win. Anyway, sending you a pm doomz0

R4, the thing for the DS, is it likea thing you play ROMS on in your DS? Or is it an entirely different thing.. Can anyone explain in a decent lengthy post? thanks.

Projectile canceling? Yes, then you continue to do it then psych your opponent out. Samus has good ones.. REALLY good ones if you know how to use her properly. Lucario only has one projectile and one lengthy attack so his mindgames arent that good, unless you can eventually get the hang of wallclinging into edge-hogs and canceling certain attacks in the air. Also, when charging Lucario's aura sphere, and moving (basically a roll) when you have it fully charged makes people think you're going to shoot it, so moving into them, them activating a reflector and then side B can catch them off guard. I dont really know too much about mindgames, Kent on the other hand might know some but I doubt many out of snakes base.

As soon as Platinum comes out for australia I'll get it probably. Girantina sounds cool in his new form; old one sucked.. And having a good team BEFORE the elite four would be cool. @Star, exactly, they should have combos like that, or after national dex make them harder or something. Still playing Shiny Gold now though, such a good hack. I've not used an inproper pokemon in my team as of yet. Wow the elite four is a hell of a lot harder this time round I guess. Anyone know the sinnoh dex levels and pokemon? Also, is it easier to level pokemon ingame in platinum? I reckon it would be if there's a longer story plot prior to the elite four.

I didnt know the platinum one got harder but I doubt they use proper techniques like Sleep/dream eater, floating rocks, sunny day + fire blast etc, etc
