Yes he is, coming from an ex-Link main (when I didnt like speedy chars). He's slow though, and has no chaingrabs, his grab itself is laggy and sometimes predictible, where TL's grab may not go as long it's usually a bit quicker and is more effected by running (I think..) TL has stringing back airs into bomb (quickdrop and grab) into d air [bleep]e for semi-pros. Link is a full pro character, it takes alot of skill to use him and not that many people will bother with him. IF his recovery was nerfed he'd still be too slow and too technical for any random persons use against another character (another technical person is Snake but everyone knows Link is by far the most technical character in brawl) which makes him, in a way unique. Bad recovery and less than average speed clock him near the bottom. If recovery was better then yeah he'd be up but he's still too slow and too hard for someone to use competitively without rigurous training :XD: oh, and jigglypuff owns. I forgot how epic she was.
