The closest Range to Bank in F2P is Al Kaharid (mind the spelling ;)). However, if you were going to light your own fire and cook on it, then the Grand Exchange is your best bet.

For you, I would recommend the Flesh Crawlers and the Giant Spiders in the Stronghold of Security. Both are aggressive so you don't have to keep clicking them.

Like Yomyth105 kindly pointed out, you only have an option of one of three capes to wear. You should try to wear a Normal Cape, as it has the best boosters, where as the team capes either don't have any booster or only have it in one skill. Here, check out the guide on Capes located here.

If you had the time to go into all that trouble of downloading illegal third party software, then you should have the time to virus scan and then get your account back. And thus, if you left your account on all the time, then JAGeX will ban it.
