I'm sure you'll be seeing some great works by these people in the future editions. Thanks! - Book (Unorclan) Gielinor Tribune Manager ~ Part Two: God Wars Dungeon and Behind the Scenes by Randox Last month we saw the introduction of the God Wars Dungeon (GWD). This dungeon is located to the north-east of Trollheim and is an incredibly dangerous place for the unprepared. The above ground entrance can be accessed in two ways. The first way is to use the trail leading from Trollheim. A second way is to use short cuts from the wilderness requiring level 60 agility. The entrance itself, is a hole in the ground requiring a rope to enter. The area surrounding the hole is filled with high level aggressive wolves, and in addition to the snow effects, you lose one level off all skills every few seconds. For this reason bringing a stat restore potion is a good idea, allowing you to recover your lost levels so that your combat capability is not compromised. The GWD is sure to have an impact on the economy. A hilt alone can be worth around 60 mil and this price is sure to continue fluctuating for some time to come until a larger number of swords and hilts enter the general market. When the sword was first being sold (about the first 2-3 days after release), there were reports of swords (complete with hilt) being traded anywhere from 100 mil, a yellow party hat + 50 mil, to entire party hat sets. Just goes to show what people are willing to pay to get a new item quickly. Maybe these people thought the sword would actually maintain that kind of value, though i sincerely hope not since even if you had all the shards and hilts, you would never make back all the money you lost when you traded that party hat set. The other items from the dungeon are also still fluctuating to the extreme, so I will not bother hunting down a current price for various objects as the price will surely be wrong within hours of this being published. However, the new sword (Saradomin), spear (Zammorack), ranger armour (Armadyl), and melee armour (Bandos) defiantly have to potential to give a few people an advantage in PvP combat (this includes the duel arena, fight pits, castle wars, and of course the wild). The Godsword itself is valuable enough that I doubt many people would risk taking one into the wilderness, though with all 4 versions of the sword (version referring to the different hilts) potentially hitting over 60 damage in addition to their other effects. It would defiantly be fun for a melee fighter to be able to use their weapons special to essentially cast Ice Blitz, drain their opponents combat stats to 1 (over time), or heal themselves and restore prayer by doing damage. Of course the 4th special which inflicts 25% extra damage makes the Armadyl version the highest hitter of the bunch. Still, if you take the God sword into the wild, be assured you will soon need it̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s power to save your butt, as it will act like a Santa or party hat, one person will see it and call their friends, or you̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢ll just be swarmed within 5 minutes. I don̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t think anyone knows how pker̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s always seem to find out who has a valuable item, and where they are, its like a 6th sense. Anyways for those of you who can enter the dungeon and kill the monsters, enjoy! For this month we have an excellent start with a new quest already released (the path of Glouphrie). Next will likely be the months graphics update, which will focus on pirates (so they don̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t look like clones) and children. Then we have the achievement diary, which despite mass uproar on tip.it (because of it being located in Varrock) I expect will be fun and challenging. They would not have made Varrock an option if they didn̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t think it would be a decent place for an achievement diary. Herblore will be changed, so that you can tell what an herb is before it is identified. This will put an end to ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬Åselling unids 1k̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬ÃâÃ
  4. I'm somewhat surprised how many are mainly tip.iters only.
  5. I rarely play RS anymore but I still remember how horrible it was...exactly why I am still with the campaign

  7. Lol, as a matter of fact I actually have. :
  8. I was wondering how big of a population here are also members and frequent posters on other RS Fansite Forums? If you do use other fansite RS forums than tip.it please tell us which ones and rate how active you are on it compared to tip.it UPDATE: The Offical Runescape Forums (on http://www.runescape.com) does not count so you don't have to mention it. I have accounts on Sal's Realm, RSC, RuneVillage and RuneHQ and all the posts I've made on all those forums count up to about 5. Tip.it Rules!
  9. Sometimes I wish we lived in a country that the Offical Police come knocking on your door when you insult your Commander in Cheif (President) -.- anyways....some funny stuff but its turning into a "Noob's say the funniest things!" thread.
  10. Actually reading unless your a blind person with the special system that says the entire page outload for you... :-w Again, IF IT WAS SPAM THIS POST WOULD HAVE BEEN LOCKED 100 PAGES AGO. Now if you mean in-game = our "spam" as you call it is complete sentences spaced 10seconds apart. That is obviously not spam. WOO-HOO!!!!!!!!! Your were "out of here" like 500 words up. Can't let go? I'm gonna miss you to buddy. :
  11. Is it me or did JackelKrawl just say the same exact basic things like he said before. - Your "dumb" - F2P has plenty of Bankspace hmmmm....

  13. Heck yeah! Even some real close friends...though just reporting on bad words mostly. nothing major because none of them have done anything major...that i knew about :-k
  14. yes, very well-know to the experienced tip.iters here \
  15. Judging by the posts already made, it seems like everyone already has. What exactly is the point your making? Me, I still find it narcissistic of Americans to expect that we and everyone in the world should hold it as a day that will live in some kind of infamy, while half of this country's population can't name or locate a single country on the other side of the world, let alone mourn something that happened there. 3,000 people died. Whoop-i-dee-do-da. If your a family member of someone who died, fine, mourn, I'd be kinda scared if you didn't. Otherwise, there's not a person in existence with the time or caring reserves to mourn for every dead pile of carbon on the face of the earth, so don't expect everyone to care about every frikkin' thing. very well said. notice we dont have mass tsunami mournings? No we don't because those people were people half way across the world we barely related to. We remember 9/11 because it happened on our own home-soil that happen to other americans exactly like us and many many many know people who had friends/family die. Theres a differences...a massive difference.
  16. Look, my brother can't help, my friends helped a tad, and my ALL-KNOWING English Teacher can't help ( :ohnoes: :uhh: ) I've got TWO really hot and nice girls who I've bothed liked for a while and in three days I found out they bothed liked me. I needed the weekend to figure out what to do but I swore i'd have a decision by monday. I'm lost...I've done a pro's & con's list many many times between the girls and EVERYTIME they even out. same amount of pro's and con's each. how do I decide? what do i do!!!???? :wall: :wall: I think I need a girls look on this...where is "Hitch" when you need him? *Depression sinks in....* :boohoo:
  17. Everyone should read this before deciding to post anymore.
  18. repeating what i said! I did not ask if other people in other countries have cerimonies and moments of silence! I just wanted to know if you just remember it! as in (like i said in the quote) you see its 9/11 and you just THINK "thats the day the two towers were hit" and heck you move on....sheesh..
  19. Yeah, like I was wondering if people living in other countries who don't have it anounced on TV or at school do they remember themselves? and i mean just seeing its 9/11 and thinking "thats the day the two towers fell" or whatever. I remember it like yesterday and I was home at the time. It freaked my Mom out and my dad came rushing home...its was crazy.
  20. I'm plenty old into the acne stages and I barely have any....my friends are always asking "what the heck do you do!?" ....shower? My brother uses clearisil and it works with him...or atleast he thinks so  Algebra is awesome compared to freakin Geometry!
  21. Ok well seeing this topic started off with the "no my country doesn't hold any stupid ceremony just for a bunch of people who died forever ago" thing and THAT IS NOT WHAT I WAS ASKING. But anyways, now its turning into the "lets talk about 9/11 and everything associated to it and we'll even talk about terrorist" thing and THAT IS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE ORIGINAL QUESTION. Therefore, please LOCK THIS. I'm sure everyone who lives in America and is of a mature age remembers September 11th 2001. Seeing that 9/11 is just a few days away I was wondering if other countries like England remember September 11th as the day the World Trade Center was hit? Almost (probably every single) school in America have some kind of moment of silence on 9/11 and we always remember that day when September 11th rolls around. Do people living in other countries remember it also? Not as in "special way" but when its september 11th do they remember the event that took place that same day 6 years ago? DO NOT START ANY TERRORIST OR POLITIC DISCUSSION HERE AND NO FLAMING!!!!!!
  22. EVERYONE BE SURE TO READ OUR NEXT EDITION (coming out September 15th) IT'LL BE OUR BIGGEST AND BEST EDITION EVER
  23.
