its hard to do 1100 bars per hour :P you actually HAVE to pay attention but i did 66-77 mage (78 was from addy bars :P) and 50-70 smithing off mith bars its great smith and mage xp smithing mith bars into really anything is just a waste because probably only platelegs and platebody are not sold for min/mid (same number due to flooding)

yes that is true but what happens when you factor in the ability to make DOUBLE cosmics-good profit and cash? that would crash the market of cosmics due to a flooding of them much like when bloods became rcable (hey if jagex can make up words so can I)

lold irl but i think the 3 charges of 50% run are a bit more important than 30low alches

you can join a merching clan cough cough, uptheprice, cmrobins, chessy018...cough cough but with 200k capital your return will be low since each item is merched for approx a week...

i did ammys from 50-66 and it was brutal do emerald ammys (u) and sell on ge half the profit doublish the xp

its gonna be more like 5-6m w/out burners...so id say its worth it

u can use a salve on armoured zombies and they give better drops

LOBSTERS ARE A FAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! need i say anymore lets do a cost/xp comparison raw lobb-270gp mid cooked lobb-209mid 61gp/120xp so approx .5gp/xp 6.5m raw swordie-437mid cooked swordie-387mid 60gp/140xp so 0.4gp/xp 13m xp costs 5.2m you decide... o and for tuna its raw-100 cook-78 minmid (flooded market...) 22/100=.2gp/xp trout on the other hand is like a 1-3gp profit/70xp :P

waste plox turn gold bars into gold amulet (u) for 30gp profit or 1gp/xp or make emerald ammy (u) for about 15gp per ammy (profit) trust me i used both methods on my way to 70
