I got members today, and I bought 2k broad tipped bolts, turns out you need 55 slayer to wield; since when was the 55 slayer req in effect? I was using it during the summer with 1 slayer.

hello bongo man, in previous posts, you said that having higher hitpoints would benifit; yet in this one, you ask the person the get prayer, reducing the hitpoints lvl at the combat level. I believe in lower crater f2p, prayer is not good at all, in my experience, one can get around 78 str at 55 cb, and that is easily 19s, and 24s with scim and 2h respectively. Another point against getting prayer, is if the for the original post-er, money isn't a factor, then he would want to stay in lower crater for the lowest time, and without prayer that would last a longer time.

^I can see your arguement in the pc part; but not with the hp; in bh, its not about who can last the longest, it is who has the hits to k0 someone. You bring up a decent arguement, but I stand strong on my views.

nah, you don't need high hp for pures; for example, if you have an extra damage advantage, this would be way better then if you had more hp. even if you had more hp, it wouldn't be very significant, 5-6 more hp lvls at most, if your both pures; with that extra damage you have, tht 5-6 hp would be, in theory, rendered useless.

you need commitment to become a good f2p mid-crate pker; Here are the following ideal stats, to start bhing at: 70 attack 85+ strength 50 defense, or higher if you want. 43 prayer ?? hp guessing your melee, not adding range.

personally I wouldn't suggest getting prayer, but then again it is subjective.

black chaps, vambs , studded top, initiate helm, glory. mage bow, cbow in invent; bring some bolts of your choice, range pots.

if your making this account for new pvp, why not. if it is for bh, i suggest not getting 31 pray, hit max cb too fast.

Hello Slaytanicc, through my experiences, I have noticed something very little people know; that is, buying silver ores in GE and smelting into bars. The biggest surprise is, silver bars are cheaper than ores. Each ore provides a whopping 13.7 exp each, kindly provided by Tipit. So what I am suggesting, is selling all the ores you mined (iron, coal) trade them in for some silver ore. -happy smithing. ~Thy_0ld_Skil
