Hm...when I was f2p I usually fished my own food on karamja, then trained on the skeletons there And if you are extremely cheep and lazy, you can usually find discarded tunas here and there from the swordie fishers So maybe find a world with a crawded dock and just loot and cook there.

yeah, binds only last 5 seconds so mage in f2p would suck... and I feel this is still sorta like BH, people like 15 levels higher can attack you...so it turns into kill lower lvls fest...
