Ah great, made me want to quit the MTK-business for a while. Well, I guess it's been cleared up then - thanks for the contributions.

I just checked; my stuff from the slaves aren't in my bank. It might just be bad luck. Are you sure that the stuff at MTK counts as an item you have on you/in your bank? Then you'd have to check your MTK every day just to make sure that there isn't a Clue Scroll there :s

I have mine on 9 raw fish and 6 maple trees. I put 1.2 million in my coffers, and I collect it every sunday/monday, whenever I have the time for it. If I remember to do it, I go cut some trees for Leif and keep my rating at 100 % -- that often don't happen though, I usually just leave it there for the whole week. Anyway, from that combination I usually get at least a 150k profit from the fish only! But theres also the 3-5k maple logs you get, together with the Bird's Nests with seeds and rings. From the one with seeds you can get lucky and get maple/yew/magic seeds that are several thousand golds each. (Magic is 160k at the moment.) But a good weeks profit is usually 400-600k gold.

So, I was wondering - how many Zeal points does it cost to purchase experience in the different skills? 10? 25? 100? or can you freely choose how many points you want to buy for? And the formulas: Formula for Attack, Strength, Defense, and Hitpoints: floor((lvl*lvl)/600)*525 Formula for Ranged, and Magic: floor((lvl*lvl)/600)*480 Formula for Prayer: floor((lvl*lvl*)/600)*270 Is that for 1 points? 20? or 50?

So, I've experienced a few times when I pick up my MTK-stuff, that there some times also is a Clue Scroll. That's always sweet. But yesterday I've had a Jelly task where I didn't get a single clue. I then got curious, and killed numerous of Ankous (had three trips there, with around 20 monkfish with me every time - so I was there for a few hours) - and I didn't get a SINGLE clue scroll. This is very odd, seeing I've always recieved many, many clues from here. My question is: If my slaves at MTK got a Clue Scroll ready for me to pick up, is it then impossible for me to get one from monsters? If I were to take a wild guess, then I'd say no; I don't physically have the items on me, or in my bank - the guys at MTK are holding them for me, so I'm just experiencing a period of bad luck? Any of you guys have any experience with this?

Hmf, I might start Runecrafting on some later time, but right now I've got way more to worry about: Get Ranged to level 70. Get Slayer to level 65. Get construction to atleast 50 for the portals. Crafting to 55 for the Slayer Helmet. Use all my Charms in the bank on leveling my Summoning. Together with that, I have a huge list of Quests I want to complete. Get Defence to level 85, plus Attack and Strength to level 80. Get Prayer to level 70. So until all that is checked, I'm not going to start on Runecrafting - atleast I don't think I will. Even if it's good money, then it's still dull to run from the bank to some ruins, and back and forth.

hate rc =/ Can't really seem to get the point in running from the bank to some ruins, then back to the bank, then back to the ruins.... There is SO much more fun to do than that, in my opinion: Level your slayer - Chin at Ape - and my personal favorite: Questing!

I had around 1 million in my bank to begin with. I sold all my (g)-trimmed armor and purchased whip. I then killed a lot of green dragons (yes, it's the secret), and then I simply had MTK running ever since. MTK with 9 fish and 6 trees can easily give me ~400-500k each week. More if I get a lot of Magic Seeds ;) But yeah, I really havn't used my money on anything except the armor I have. Nothing really on items for skills - only started doing that now.

Alright, so I came back to this account back in november: Now I've been playing some time, and I thought it'd be fun to have my progress rated - am I too slow, am I doing alright, or is all hope lost. ;D This is my character now: And188/277 quest points. I know I'm still slacking some on my hunter and Runecafting, but it is SO tedious, and I havn't really started Hunter yet. The levels in those skills is only from Juna ;) So what do you think?

Why is it that you say Torag and Bandos is better than Dharok? They have the same stats? :s

So.. Great. I forgot my Agility Potions, and I'm stuck at the part at Tyras Camp, where I need to get a few barrels. I don't really want to teleport and go all the way back through the Underground Pass, just so I can get a few Agility Potions. So, I was wondering, if there's someone else who's on their way to do Regicide, or if someone would earn some gold, could bring me a few agility potions? Only think I have on me to trade with is a Magic Longbow and 2x Sharks. I can, and am willing to give you alot more if you can wait for the step where we need to go to Rimmington. So, the reward for now is a few hundred experience points in two different skills? Ofcourse other than completing 1/10 of the champions. Am I getting this right?

Nah, I don't think that spending money on skills is a waste - I just mean with the 'pissing' away is that they disappear SO fast, and I wanted to know if I could improve my armour first.

So I've been back to the game for a few months now, and I've raised many skills, completed many quests and so on. The other day I was thinking about what I should use my money on - if I should just piss them all away on skills, or if there perhaps is some better armour and items or something? So I decided I'd listen to other peoples opinions. I personally wear; Neiti helm, Glory necklace, Whip, Rune defender, Dharok body Dharok legs Dragon boots, Ring of Wealth Obsidian cape, and a Combat Bracelet I have around 15 million to use on mainly better armour, and then skills (I do plan on getting Dragon Bones and get 70 Prayer for some of these money). My skills are in my signature below. Hunting and Runecrafting are 18 and 22. Thanks, Phansk.

As in, use Tears of Guthix-minigame for getting Summoning experience? As far as I've understood from the whole Tears of Guthix-thing, then every tear is the same as your LOWEST skill? Problem is, I only have 1 hunting, so all the tears would be worth 1 experience point each?

So, decided to train my summoning. I am now level 32 and need a [cabbage]load of Crimson Shards to move on. What monster drops them most, and what is avaiable for me to hunt? Stats in sig.

Alright, that was what I was thinking - no reason for me to have 2 million there then. May I ask why you have 7.5 million there? Just to make sure that you wont forget getting the stash?

Hey, so I've been using MTK for a few weeks now, and it's given me alot of money, but there is one thing I was wondering: Does it actually do anything good that I have 2 million gold in my coffers, or would it work just as good with the 750k gold?

Well then the only option would be to train your skills from scratch.
