Whip - Most Overated Weapon in the Game...
Third age is actually weaker than barrows armor.

Whip - Most Overated Weapon in the Game...
For a very long time I trained only with a d scim, and I think that this has benefited me. For example, look at the average level eighty-five in rune who just got his whip. His attack is far higher than his defence and strength, which are sadly lacking. A whip is like steroids, although powerful, your stats will wind up as having an inferior layout, compared to a d scim user. Having used a d scim up until level 94, I know the prejudice of whip owners vs. d weapons very well. I once wrote a rant about whips on TIF. The positive points of a d scim are: The special attack which can deactivate protection prayers. Ironically enough, most players don't have the presence of mind to reactivate them. The ability to effectively train strength.

Is luring an acceptable practice?
Luring: Drawing a player into a dangerous area with the intention of killing them and profiting from it. Luring is not always blatant, some people rely on others taking quick shortcuts through the wilderness. (I took a shortcut from monastery to edgeville once, before the barbarian village update*; cost me about 2m.) * This update allowed you to run through the fence, and save time without going through level 3 wilderness.

LEESTERS BARROWS GUIDE - edit 12 Jul 2006 (AOW discussion)
Thats why you need to follow the no-cost routine. You follow the guide, and you'll only have to provide food. Why you guys insist on spending money down here? Hehe. Take your time, so you can do it many times. Kill dharok and Karil on prayer (no pray pots, just recharged) Mage Guthan and Torag with melee defense Range outfit against Ahrim Chicken out on Verac and get him behind a rock downstairs. If you wanna chicken out on all the melee brothers to save food, go ahead. Get ready for a high kill count and a long stay and use an empty server. I read this guide, and I was like: "what's so awesome about this?" Then it hit me... no p pots! \

Where do you find a black scimitar?
People with 61 theiving (like me) can picklock a door upstairs in the ardougne castle. There is a spawn inside.

best gloves no recipe for disaster
This is untrue, all the family crest gauntlets (enchanted and unenchanted) have the same stats as Klank's gauntlets. I have owned all of them, but I still reccomend at least starting RFD for a different pair of gauntlets.

Best Law Rune Drop Rate?
Chaos druids and ankous always work well for me, but nothing can compete with FFL running when it comes to free laws.

Pointed blue snail helmet
Kill one of the blue snails (forget the name) in mort myre and use a chisel on it's shell. Snails are level 19 if I remember correctly.

What books do we keep and which can we store in POH/trash
The clockwork book, as a quest book, should be stored there. Obviously someone at Jagex forgot about this fact. And I don't think there is a guide to the bookshelves.

Barrowing help.
Well recently I've been feeling a shortage of cash in my pixelated pockets. Woodcutting is boring, and my clue scroll luck has died. So, can someone reccomend a barrowing procedure and inventory for my stats? (Or just link me to a good barrows guide.) See my signature for stats.

Why is "safing" bad?
"Safing" is a term used by people who are not strong enough to ko you in an attempt to taunt you into not eating, when you ordinarily would have. It's a stupid term; your food is yours to use as you want. Granted, not "safing" gives you more time to attack, giving you a greater chance of killing your opponet. Likewise, they can ko you more easily. Not safing leads to much faster and riskier fights; it's up to you whether or not you want that, not the person you are fighting.

Is luring an acceptable practice?
Many people (mostly the lurers) justify this practice by saying that most areas give warnings before the actual death of the person. People opposed to luring (such as myself), say that it is a breach of rule three, item scamming. So, is luring acceptable? Discuss. < To all posters: Whatever the Jagex rules, the official policy here at Tip.it is that trade luring is a scam. It would be best for you if you do not admit to luring. Also, if you post, please contribute. Posts that don't contribute anything will be considered spam and removed. Thanks! SwampJedi >
