Well, It's simple enough, I think we should make the suggestion forums f2p too, since it would help JaGEx a lot. Of course, tpics such as "We need more bankspace" are reportable, albeit understandable. As i said it would help JaGEx a lot because they could scroll through one forum and still fnd interesting suggestions, instead of looking in all the different forums.
