Open it, open a door halfway, stick the screen in the gap between the hinges (from the side towards which the door does not open, obviously), have someone else close the door as tight as possible then push the knob. If you're on a longboard the upper shouldn't matter much. They're very comfortable though, and obviously grip is solid. What's up looshbob, I'll never agree with you. :)

I don't like the contrast and leather always looks better with age. That's just because of how they're laced I think. They look much better when they're traditionally tied. Also those two cutouts on the side? The gram logo on the quarter? DBs > Any shoe in gram's collection.

Neutral footwear. Gray, black, brown, navy. Brown isn't as easy to pull off in combination with black, but you can try.

I'd forget about any flashy footwear in winter, it's almost impossible to pull off. Looshbob I saw all the pics. Too much space between the laces, I think the heel is right though. Derbies without a heel are like a rod without a reel (I'm so sorry about that). But yeah, just get Clark's DBs, they look wicked once they're beat up.
