  1. Complexity, by Boots Electric. Such a great start to an album. And such a great album it is, some of it is even better than some of EODM.
  2. The ol' PS1 was one of my beginning gaming places (Alongside dad's sick Windows 95 PC and mum's old Atari 2600, which was even sicker), but we never did much on it. I can only ever remember playing four games on it. - Crash Bandicoot. - Tekken. - Destruction Derby 2. - Road Rash. And all of those games are awesome. PS2 was where I really got into gaming.
  3. Kiara, by Bonobo. Got into him after watching some weird speed painting video years ago. Loved him since.
  4. Buffalo Soldier, by Bob Marley and the Wailers. I'm really not keen on reggae in general at all, but this is probably my favourite of the small amount I have.
  5. I dropped 25 hours into Path of Exile in a couple weeks when my sister and her boyfriend got me onto it. I never finished because all of all the disconnects I was getting, and it was pretty slow going on my old PC. I've been meaning to re-install and go again with a different class, but haven't got around to it with my continuing Dragon Age and the now finished Walking Dead adventures. Plus I should really play the games I actually paid for first.
  6. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MvI3Y9Kuk5E Hurricane, by Bob Dylan. I feel like I should know and love more of Bob Dylan. But from what I know of his stuff, this is my jam.
  7. Oh baby, Boards of Canada. I heard of them from this forum, and have posted them a couple of times in past, but man, I binged on these guys hardcore for a week or two. Love them so much, and one of the best artists this thread has turned me on to. Best song from each album, go! Roygbiv. My first introduction, and oh baby, I get excited when I hear it begin. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mX4z3r-7Poo Sixtyten. Turn that bass up as high as it goes and enjoy. So good. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_wieC-lh6k4 1969. I looked at Geogaddi and thought, eh, probably the least exciting album, but then I listened through bits to find a favourite and found about six that I'd say are my favourite, so here's my favourite of the favourites. Hey Saturday Sun. No competition here. One of, if not, my favourite Boards of Canada tracks. White Cyclosa. I don't know their latest album as well as the others, but damn son, just listen to this. New Boards of Canada album when?
  8. Dragon Age, Dragon Age, Dragon Age. Origins. Lovin' it so far, and I'm so glad there's so much more to go. Mostly resolved the Redcliffe situation, but I had to make a detour to the Circle Tower to resolve a little plot point, so I'm in dream land at the moment. Now that I've gotten a bit better at the combat, and found a healer, I'm enjoying it even more. Tons of lore and story, right up my street. Spent a whole two fitty in the Steam sale this year, I did well. I think last winter sale I dropped like fifty bucks. I only bought the DLC for Outlast, so when my brother, his mate and I finally finish the main campaign, we can jump into that. It's our sometimes often not tradition when my brother's mate is around.
  9. Girls and Boys, by Blur. Never thought that I'd like a Blur song more than Song 2, but this blew it out of the water. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SIEsmGzo2UE Also, have Parklife. Because it's nearly as good.
  10. Vitrol, by Bluejuice. Actual song begins at 1:07, for the lazy. Love 'em. Got quite disappointed when I heard they were stopping releasing stuff. More disappointed when I was invited to one of their shows and couldn't make it. I'll Go Crazy, by Bluejuice. Bonus song for a sick-arse band.
  11. [bleep]ed from Above 1985, by the Bloody Beetroots. Definitely a band for short, sweet hits. Not too great for extended listening, but I can definitely get amongst 'em every once in a while.
  12. Your Visits Are Getting Shorter, by Bloc Party. Love this track. I've always wanted to get more into Bloc Party but I never have. One day, one day.
  13. Ain't Nothing Like You (Hoochie Coo), by BlakRoc. These guys are alright, I guess.
  14. Miss U, by Blackfield. Downloaded in the midst of my Steven WIlson/Porcupine Tree/slightly related band/etc. obsession. Third in the list of favourites from that period, of about ten or so. My favourite track, and one I keep coming back to. Plus for whatever reason I love that album cover, one of my favourites.
  15. Rain Wizard, by Black Stone Cherry. Excellent track. I think I first heard it on Sleeping Dogs, but looking back, it doesn't seem to fit that game. The rest of their stuff is okay, but there's nothing terribly exciting there.
  16. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ICI0jX68YsE Never Say Die, by Black Sabbath. Probably the first song of theirs I fell in love with.
  17. Spread Your Love, by Black Rebel Motorcycle Club. First of all, sickest name for a band ever. Second, my ex was obsessed with this band, and it's easy to see why. Sweet band, sweet tracks. Except The Effects of 333, that album is trash.
  18. Ooo. I'll suss 'em out. Cheers man. Gold on the Ceiling, by the Black Keys. Though I have them all on my computer, this is the only track of theirs I actually know. But I love it, so maybe one day I'll listen to the rest.
  19. My War, by Black Flag. If there was one genre of music I wish I could enjoy more, it'd be punk. I love the big, popular tracks, but the rest of the albums are always... I suppose, too punk for my tastes.
  20. Rest Here My Brother, by Birds of Tokyo. And I'll give ya Broken Bones, by Birds of Tokyo, too. So, the deal with Birds of Tokyo. Sick-arse Aussie band, for sure, but in my eyes every new album has progressively gotten worse. I actually had difficulty picking my favourite track from the first album, and a few from the second entered my shortlist too. But the rest. Eh. Real talk? Plans is terrible.
  21. Everybody Loves You Now, by Billy Joel. Always been my favourite song of his, and yet, no-one ever mentions it.
  22. Stayin' Alive, by the Bee Gees. There is no other option.
  23. Man, side-projects are some of the best stuff out there. Polkadot Cadaver'd count as a Dog Fashion Disco side-project and they're one of my top three bands. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=axb2sHpGwHQ Come Together, by the Beatles. The only Beatles song that really resonated with me. All the others are cool and all, but this is the only one I can really say I truly love.
  24. Intergalactic, by the Beastie Boys. Man I love these guys. Such a sick track and so catchy. I downloaded all of these guys last night, so I might have another favourite song today.
  25. Ah. Battles. I obsessed over these guys for a good long while just before their second album, I think. Atlas, by Battles. One of my all time favourite tracks from any artist. Love it so much. Ddiamondd, by Battles. The song that got me into them initially. That sound is so good. Ice Cream, by Battles. Probably my favourite from the follow-up, which was a disappointment compared to Mirrored, but still, sick track.
