i would rather jagex focused on improving skill like smithing,firemaking and prayer giving them new ways of training them and new abilities for them, than adding new storylines in quests every month

i dont think it is affecting people with less money as a have a dreadfull computer but still meet the requirments, so no i dont think it is against people with less money.

this is an interesting method of making money and im sure i will try it soon. You could try to include how many you can make per hour and cash per hour aswell. Nice guide :)

same as what D jay said orange salamanfers and red salamanders are probably the fastest xp

you could try runecrafting, as that never fails to make good money, especially if your crafting laws, deaths or nats

oranage salamders are really fast xp to 60 hunter. they are in the desert so remember a supply of water

your best bet is probably thieving as it is insanly good xp at the later lvls, and it doesnt cost anything if your using Pyramid Plunder

proably yews at edgville or by the G.E, although i prefer to cut them by the gnome stronghold, as theres 3 trees and its almost always empty

it completly depends on whether you want xp or cash. willows if xp and yews if you want money.

yes i believe it is. You need to do Priest in peril to unlock it, although there may also be an agility shortcut but i am not sure
