You are correct, if you are looking for something to kill that drops alot of herbs go to the level 13 chaos druids, the drop one or two almost every single kill and only have 20hp so you need no amour.

Also remember you only get 1/4 the exp that you hit for range from the cannon and no Hit-Point exp but cannons can and do hit 30's quite often.

Fire giants do drop them quite often, I liked the ones you can melee right in the middle of the Waterfall quest (to the right of the entrance instead of left) also if your buying try RSOF and most people sell for about 25kea.

Nope, also if you didn't know whip doesn't have a strength training option (Not trying to make fun of you, you sound like your new).

Spend some on world 16 airs until 44 rune crafting then start high alching mage longs that you make to get to 99 fletching, you get mage/fletching exp, and money!

MSB is Mage Short Bow.

As stated above but I think it's meant to say HP is hard to train not XP..right?

Do waterfall and then train on fire giants, bring iron knives or MSB and steel arrows. Shouldn't take more then 4 days.
