You would have the minimum level for each rune. For example "wind blast" for death runes. Like I said in my first post, why would a level 3 have an immense amount of cash? Some level 3s merchant money because they are bored. I made an account for purely merchanting and it was quite fun.

Then I'd just go with buying them with that range level. Waste of runes and your combat level wouldn't be able to take the damage.

Uhmm, if your range level is 53 then they will be quite easy. Use steel arrows or iron knives.
