Have you used layer modes before. One of them is called addition.

Planet renders, set them to addition to cut the black.

Background are brushes I think. Play around with c4ds now I would say yaff, move beyond brushes.

9/10. The vector layer works perfectly. Use a clipper mask on it, It would look quite good in my opinion.

Text position is good, but I'm not keen on the font, It's a gothic font on a vector/calm signature. This one is great, the vectorness is good, try and have a shot at vectoring the woman.

I don't know, my friend is going on for a few defenders. I'll tell him to try this, but I had been playing for quite a time, and I have never witnessed getting a defender after logging in. It is luck I'm guessing.
