1. I dont use brushes apart from smudging ones like vines, and splatter brushes. 2. C4Ds, the background around the focal is a motion blur of the render 3. Pentool to get the lines, I'm not too good at it myself, theres loads of tutorials on it on pr.

Am I the only one that thinks the second one is 10 times better? The second one has a non distracting focal, a nice background. The others looks like piled c4ds.
