  5. Quite possible actually. In a day? No. That's plain and simple logic there. Sure it'd take weeks perhaps, but wait a second, what's that? Customer Support? I figured it was say, their job to do just that. Offer customer support. If I had an account that got banned, I want it to get unbanned, and my appeal to be read by a real person. I'm sure I, and many more other players would agree that they would be more than willing to wait, weeks, even a month or so for a quality, human response. Failing to do a job is no excuse. I would agree as a paying member I want a real person to read my appeal, if the bot picks it as deny. However I don't care if a bot unbans me. You want to continue playing right?
