If anyone is interested, the chance to 99 hp someone with ags-blitz is: with a as mage hit, b as ags hit, and under the condition that a+b>98 so before it was p(26,76)=0.00481, now it's p(36,80?)=0.057. 12 times as big lol.. *looks at herblore level* :wall:

A special attack that has a high probability of killing most players in less than 4 seconds, I'd say if you're a pker that's a small price to pay. First special hits 30-15-8-7. Target has 39 hp left. Second special hits 30. 99 hp x 30% = 29 hp. Target has 38 hp left. Wouldn't say that's a high probability kill. And where are you getting these numbers from....? Phoenix necklace.
