How to get a mud staff in Runescape? What types are there? Is there a type that can be gotten easily and is cheap? (I mean a staff that is both earth and water rune, for doing level 5 enchants that only use up a single cosmic rune)

At what cooking level can you cook sharks with 100% success? I've got cooking gauntlets btw, if there's no such level without gaunts, is there one if you're wearing gaunts? I currently burn on average 4 sharks per 28 with 86 cooking.

Maybe you can sell it for 20gp, but you've got to find someone who wants to waste time on buying a pointless item first. Try saying "selling bucket 1gp" in a large market and you'll find it to be just as hard to find a buyer.

I've done all quests except 3: -Recipe for disaster: I got to the addy gloves. For some reason I can't convince myself to do the Ape Atoll part (collecting those different monkey type greegree's is what's holding me back) -Mourning Ends part II: I keep failing at the handhold part. I've got 63 agility. I swear I tried training it to 70, but here's how my attempts went: I go with a full lobster inventory to wildy or werewolf course. I do 3 tours, and hardly touch any lobster at all. Then suddenly, I don't feel like training agility anymore because it's so boring, and walk away from the agility course again, with all those lobsters still on me. -Desert treasure. I tried killing Damis for a second time (my first attempt was a year ago) and I died again. It just went too fast. I lost a whole inventory of 4-dose prayer pots because of it and that depresses me. With only these 3 quests left, that I fail to finish, it seems like there's nothing left for me to do in RS. Due to the second Damis death, I feel like I failed in everything. I'm totally broke, and everything that has to do wtih collecting money, collecting ranarr weeds to make prayer pots again, or similar, isn't what I feel like doing anymore. I've got 2 months of membership left but with a total feeling of emptyness and failure. Can anyone suggest me some goal to reach. Something that's interesting to do (not repititive) and will have a positive effect (= money or a good stat). My current stats can be seen by clicking my RS name. Also, please don't suggest castle wars or pest control. Castle wars is fun but gives hardly any stats, it's not really a goal to me. Pest control gets boring too quickly. Also, something that doesn't cost any money at all. Thanks!

Oh ok so the boneman is just crazy again and has a crazy wish on his list :) Too bad we'll never know what this talking bones of him were all about.

After doing the second part of rag and boneman quest, the wish list sais "Non-chafing Manacles". What are those? Is it a third part of the quest? (not mentioned by the tipit guide)

Woot! Just as I ate my very last shark, I got the large pouch drop! Also nice to end up with an inventory full of talismans :)

I need a large pouch for the devious minds quest. I've got the small pouch from the mage, then killed abyssal monsters and got a medium pouch after a while. But now I've been killing the abyssal monsters for HOURS, and I still don't have the large pouch! How rare is this drop? Is there anything special that you have to do for it? Do ALL abyssal monsters drop large pouches or only the highest level ones? Thanks.

:lol: I'm ok with useful chatspeak as long as it stays in chat places where typing something fast / short is important. Actually, I'm amazed that the words 'buying' and 'selling' haven't been abbreviated in RuneScape. In nearly all other MMO's people either say 'buy' or 'b>' when they want to buy something. But since you got all the time and space you need to write whatever you want on forums it shouldn't be used on there. I see "buy" instead of "buying" used now and then in RS though, things like "buy ur legs" are no exception. Also, I'm ok with abbreviations like "bs" for "bow string" or "ammy" for "amulet", because that are shorter words for long words. But "u" for "you" or "ur" for "your", only wins two letters and looks just plain ignorant...

The greatest sin there is, is bashing gays or other minority groups in the name of religion.

I'm wondering if I should see all these spellings some people use as creative or as dumb. Actually I'm not wondering, I know the answer: dumb. Here's some of the things I've seen people use to interchange words. Is this due to lack of knowledge of the English language, or are they doing it on purpose? or -> are (that's not even an abbreviation!) why -> y why - > I they're -> their their -> there there -> they're you -> u you're -> your your -> ur see -> c anyone -> ny1 are -> r And the list goes on. I wish people didn't do it. It degrades my experience of reading forums as well as playing Runescape. Is it so hard to not look like a moron and spell properly?

I have multiple 9hp chars, including 1 that has 30 skill total. Most of my 9hp chars have many old rares like scythes too.

Maybe some leggings combination of a female will become the ripped pants. Either way, whether or not some players want the ripped top or not, it's strange that there's 1 clothing type that you can get at character creation but nowhere in the game while all other clothing styles can. Weird :)

When you create a new male character, you can change torso style. There are many styles of tops with different buttons and shapes. One of the choices is a ripped top (see picture below). However, once you've made your character and you don't have the ripped top, you can't get it back: in the clothing shop in Varrock, you can choose all tops except that one. With the teak drawers in a player owned house, you also can't get it back. But I did a little experiment (that cost me 6k) and managed to get the ripped top back on a male character, while it had another one before. Here's how: first, go to the makeover mage and change your gender to female (don't worry you only have to stay like that for a few minutes). Then go to your house with teak drawers of the the varrock clothign shop, and change the top of your female character to the ripped one that looks similar to that of the picture below. Then, go back to the makeover mage, change back to male, and bam! You keep the ripped top! To remove all doubts, the character in the picture below really is male (even if he's dressed in purple :P)

Ok, then one more thing: how often per week do you have to pay this wage?

I've seen the costs of servants in guides. All guides also mention the servants demand wages. However, none of these guides actually sais how much this wage is. How much is it?

Nice guide, maybe correct spelling here and there and change all instances of "u" into "you" and it'll be great. Plus some pics of your loot after a trip :) Is there any chance of doing it in full rune, or monk robes?
