  1. how can he have 0 posts if his post is on top here?
  2. I think you should be able to wear clothes below your armor, so that you can have a fancy outfit and have your armor above it without having to bank the fancy outfit. For example mime clothes should have equipment spots below your helm, plate and legs, and then you immediatly have the mime outfit when you remove the rune armor.
  3. no there's a reason why jagex carefully places banks in some towns and not in some others. also, this spell would make laws and natures very wanted, and so they would become way too expensive and thus high alching and teleporting will become more expensive
  4. I don't really understand what you're trying to say (English?), but it wouldn't affect pking, if you press the boss key whil you're pking, you're just totally out of luck because I said "it'll log you out as fast as possible", but while under attack in the wildy it can't log out of course. So it's your choice which you find more important, not dieing in the wilderness, or have your boss/teacher see that you're pking in the wilderness while you're supposed to work ;)
  5. Some old games (like Wolfenstein 3D) had a boss key, and the purpose of this key is that when you're at work and you're playing the game, and suddenly your boss comes in, you just hit that key, and the game automaticly pauses and a screenshot of a spreadsheat or a fake dos console is shown, so that it looks as if you're working. I think something similar would be cool for Runescape: if you press Runescape's boss key, google.com will be loaded in the runescape window, and your runescape character will automaticly be logged out as fast as possible (for example 10 seconds after combat). There are always situations where this is handy :)
  6. It's true, the prices are ridiculous. However it's very logical that they rise since there's only a finite amount. I don't really care what the price is. I have a lot of those rare items in my bank that I bought when they were cheap and now it's worth more than 10x everything else that is in my bank and I could buy a phenomenal amount of skills with it. However I don't plan on selling them, since I like the items for what they are, not for their value, and if I sell the, it'll only be harder to get them back later.
  7. why cares it's a mmorpg and it could be a alloy with gold
  8. I thought of a new useful potion: the shady potion, when under it's influence, you have 10% less chance of getting caught while pickpocketing for a few minutes. I think it would be a very useful potion that will be very wanted, and it'll be good for both thieving and herblore.
  9. I'm not talking about RS shops here, I'm talking about RS players vs. shops in real life...
  10. In real life economy, the more you buy of the same item, the cheaper it becomes, for example if a company buys a lot of 1000 tshirts it's cheaper per tshirt than when you buy one tshirt. But in runescape, it's exactly the opposite: the more of the same item you sell, the higher you can make the price per item (law runes being an exception because some people desparately need a single one to teleport). So I'm wondering, how comes this? Why is this the exact opposite as in real life in RS?
  11. There are no high level items! Rune only requires level 40 stats (noobish), and dragon only level 60 stats, which is mid-range level, not high level.
  12. The sky in runescape is now black, while it looks much better if it's white! If it's black, it's as if it's night but that makes no sense because everything is bright. If it's white, it looks like mysterious fog! Edited with paint shop pro: I hope jagex reads this post and will take this easy step to make it look better.
  13. I think it would be possible to detect a hacker when someone with a quite different IP empties all valuable items of your bank. This script shouldn't be too sensitive so someone can give away a phat to a friend without problems, but when a player would suddenly give away or drop all expensive items of his bank, something fishy is going on, and the account should be put on hold until someone can prove that he is the true owner of the account.
  14. [start rand] Random events really are the cabbage: You can't even look away of the screen for 1 minute or your lobster pot is gone because a fish ate it, you're at half health because something attacks you, or you're in some theater where you have to do some dumb movements. Why aren't we allowed to look away of the screen for 1 minute to respond to an msn message or read some article or forum post? This is still a game right? Sometimes I'm actually looking at the screen and a random event still ruins something for me because of lag, I reacted too slow, or simply because I couldn't see the event because there were so many people! The risk of some random events is too high. What happens if something attacks you while you were fishing with a santa hat on, and your internet connection dies? What happens if your rune pickaxe head flies off, and your lag out? That's an unfair punishement! I think the random events were there to prevent auto-ing, but I think there should also be ways to do that without pestering honest players. When you attack the random event monsters you don't even get experience like when you attack a normal monster. The kebab and beer of the dwarf are really worthless, and too many random events don't give any reward at all. Many of them are even a time waste. In other words, they should remove the punishements of the random events and instead let them do things that only pretent autoing from working (for example a teleport of only a few tiles away, and the moving fishing spots are OK). And the rewards when you are there should be bigger so that random events are actually something nice instead of something that makes me too scared to wear a santa hat in a safe area or mine with a rune pickaxe (I still do the last thing tho :P). [end rant]
