yes it's just the same as fishing or any other skill. The higher the level, the better chance you have at getting it.

no you don't. You just need your vessel. You can buy them too for 100gp ea in the village if you dont want to fish them.

yeah keep going on farmers then change to master farmer. at level 55 or 60 you can change to knights in ardougne for fast exp.
