This thread is basically where you post bands that used to be good, but something happened to them (They hit the mainstream, Band member committed suicide) I'll start. Disturbed used to be good. "The Sickness" has to be one of the best debut albums i've ever seen. "Believe" was amazing. I don't know which song was better, "Prayer" or "Liberate". They released "Ten Thousand Fists" next. A decent album with songs such as "Just Stop" and "Guarded". Then it happened. Disturbed was featured in Guitar Hero 3. This single-handedly killed them. They lost all their true fans (Like myself) and gained all fans who only liked them becuase they heard them on Guitar Hero, "Stricken" (the song featured on Guitar Hero) was the only song these wannabees knew. So I leave you with this: R.I.P. Disturbed 2000-2007 Post away.

*NOTE: I am not bashing Nintendo, I am simply questioning it* I don't get why Nintendo is so popular. Almost all their games are aimed at children. Seeing a Nintendo game rated M is extremely rare. I bought a Wii, used it once and sold it. The reason is, i'm not 5. Why is Mario so popular or SSBB? The most ironic thing I found is how popular it is with adults. Whenever I see an adult playing the Wii, I think to myself "How old are you". I mean hell, Nintendo has the worst online gaming i've ever seen. I don't get having to move around, I mean I go jogging so don't end up like a fatass, so when I play video games, it shouldn't have to be a chore by running in place. As I said before, I am not bashing Nintendo. So explain to my why Nintendo is so popular with people 14+.

I can understand why Ever Caught Them thread was removed, but why the funny pictures thread? It was seldom a mature picture was posted, just ones with bad language. If there was a "if it's blocked by the censor don't post it" mentality that thread would do fine.

You guys in these boards try waaay to hard tbh, all I did was choose "restore default settings" and the games work. I got a new problem though, I can't go online on the games. I can use the browser but, when I goto connect within the game, my connection is blacked out. I assume this is becuase I am running on a WPA key router.

Quick question. Is it possible to eliminate the lag in GH1? You know how there is a "calibrate lag" option in GH2 and GH3. This really messes me up. Is it fixable or do I have to play with sound off?

It's just that I can't see it (using tipit theme btw) I have to highlight the red text too be able to read it. Is there any color that is "universal"? I mean one in which is noticeable but doesn't have the burn on any theme?

Heh, I play GH2 on medium, because I can beat the game on hard, but it's embarrasing getting like 73% notes hit. I got like 7 FC's on medium on GH2, and can get 5 stars on every single song IN THE SERIES except for TTFAF :P
