yeh but for me 80% of the time i never hit with dds with bow spec u will always hit :ohnoes: i have been hit 5-5 with rune arrs and the special with the bow 7 times. on black hide- and 5-5 is the minimum it will hit with rune arrows. since when there is a minimum hit? by the way full crystal bow has 100 range bonus while dark bow has 95 BUT dark bow is wayyyy better because : A)it has a spec B)crystal bow can ONLY shoot "crystal arrows" C)dark bow is the ONLY bow able to shoot dragon arrows D)dark bow shoots 2 arrows at a time E)dark bow spec w/o dragon arrows has a 100% hit and hits +30% and with dragon arrows 50% F)crystal bow that have degraded has lower range bonus than dark bow G)dark bow does not need recharging and will never degrade H)dark bow is a 1 time investment (unless you sell it or lose it) to sum up dark bow PWNS crystal bow

The name might come from it, but it was no way similar. Mithril in that movie is dwarven(or elven) armor that is indestructible. Everyone knows that Mithril in runescape is all but indestructible. Mithril was added to the game in early 2001 and was the best armour at the time. It was not intended to be low level armour like it is now. Andrew could not have envisaged that the game would grow in the way that it has or that they would have to add so many types of improved armour to keep players happy. I am aware of this, in fact it crossed my mind to make it an although. I still don't believe Jagex ever planned Mithril from Lord of the Rings to be like the Mithril on Runescape. Mithril is supposed to be silver...not blue. Its not really a lotr reference even. Runite, Adamantite and Mithril are the 3 major fantasy metals. If you look a bit deeper than popular culture fantasy books etc these 3 feature all over the place.Much like allthe incarnations ofr fairies, griffins and elves across the fantasy genre Actually adamantine is real, it's kind of like corundum. Yeah but most people don't know that. Where as they know its a common thing in fantasy hence one of the fantasy metals. Like theres fantasy dwarves. But theres real medical dwarves (genetic dwarfism) Alot of people know about adamantite... it is a type of crystal that when exposed to the right temperatures and pressure can be turned into an extremely strong (but brittle) tempered metal, the only stronger (known) metal is titanium - This is different to the medical condition known as dwarfism.. As adamantite exists in runescape as it does in real life. But I didn't think a stereotype of dwarfs (yes its dwarfs not dwarves) in the real world is that they have a love of metal and are amazing smiths..... Also obsidian exists in the real world, is a type of jet black and shiny rock which can be obtained in a abundance from the continent of Africa. It's just its not really useful in anyway. actually mithril is real too, it's a stronger type of silver, much much rarer than gold, as are most minerals. [/hide] rune and black are the only metal that are made up... just a note... there are a thing called kryptonite to (superman ftw? :XD: :XD: ) well if you knew a bit about superman you'd know there is a real thing in real life called kryptone or something like that and that the 1 who invented super man didnt have quite a good imagination so he just used that name...check out chemistry :XD:

actualy in-game (i dont remember exactly i think it was an NPC in relleka who said that) there was a fight between brother never mind long story any way at the fight 1 said no its not and there other said ye 'tis so or something like that i dont remember exactly...anyway thats not an easter egg because they actualy talk about it ingame :XD: :uhh:

i think this belongs to rants? since you are saying you dont like the idea of having to complete quests for acces to places or ability to wield or wear diffrent armor and weapons...apart from that i think you are stupid...just imagine tehre were no quests none at all and you had acces to anything that requires quest completion this includes anciet spell book lunar spell book zanaris, canifis, all skills that require quest completion (rune mystery and the 1 with herby i forgot name) and A LOT more and without having to do something for it the game would be intresting only at the begining and after a while people will just get tired and stop playing...so yes there are some boring and annoying quests but those usualy have good rewards and personaly i feel better after completing an annoying quest because i actualy feel like i've done something...also fun quests that are also long or with good storyline (last few months' favorite quest for me was dream mentor)

no offence but now the quest is stupid...ok ill put it that way instead of giving them beer you...maybe...find them behind bars so you need to solve a puzzle and also have thieving lvl of....55? after you solve it you they tell you about what happend and give you a teleport stone (looks alike to tokkul) with 2 charges then can teleport you to tzhaar you then (After they told you about the round glass and w/e you said when you wrote the quest) you see a cutscene with the wise old man just with RED phat...you go to his house and demand he will return what he have stolen and he says he used lunar spells (so another quest requirement would be lunar diplomacy) and used the contact NPC spell to talk to his brother the wicked old man which can be found: "where the champions rule if you get him what is used to get a pot in a general store and the hat of kings" that ofcours means money and a crown money has to be atleast 20gp and for the crown you need to talk to king roald but you have to trick him (just like prince ali rescue where you had to trick that girl to let you touch the key) with soft clay in your inventory then you make the king let you touch his crown and you need a gold bar here you give it to osman (in al kharid) and tell him you need a favour he said he needs some squi'rk or how ever its called you have to get him 1 (the kind does not matter) in sorcers' garden mini game after you give him he tells you you can find him near the chickens in lumbridge because he cant be caught holding a corwn or someone might think he is trying to be a king himself so you go there and he gives you the crown now you need to be holding the money which is ofcours imposible so you go to barbarian village and talk to 1 of the barbarians and ask them if they know where to get a sack to put money in he (or she) says they know how to make 1 and need 2 balls of wools and a nice treat (which can be a stake or chicken or beer or w/e barbarians like) you get the stuff give him (or her) and he gives you a sack in return in which you can put 20gp and hold as a weapon in your hand slot you then go to the champions guild with the crown on your head and the sack in your hand as you enter you see no one but the champion guy (where you start dragon slayer) you talk to him and ask if he have seen the guy and he says he was here a few minutes ago and you just missed him and gives you some sort of item (can be 3 diffrent combinations 1-ball of wool&goblin armor (so the place would be the field with sheep in lumby) 2-a red cape and frog token (unuseable) (so the place would be varrock clothes shop) or 3 garlic and a stake (so the place is draynor manor just before gowing downstairs where the vampire is) you go to 1 of those places and the wicked old man steals your crown and sack you then have to fight him (he is level 178 and uses fire wave or zamorak god spell) he will turn of protection prayer incase you use them and has really low defence once you kill him you find 2 obby picks you go to tzhaar give 1 to the bankers and get your reward wow the was long i hope you liked it and if you use my idea give credit please :wink:

50k mining xp and 50k tokkul is still too much maybe 10k tokkul and 15k xp?

Like you get possessed by Slug Prince and kill Tiffy or something. That'd be fun and add an interesting aspect to the storyline. so far i've killed some people i've been waiting to kill for a while...the best 1 would be king roald in what lies below...well i didnt kill him i just got his hp to 0 but that counts right?

There's plenty of people who can deal with as it is.. mining NEEDS an update...so does smithing, slayer, maybe herblore, agility, fishing, firemaking (REALLY NEEDS), woodcutting would be nice...well need for updates is not new...
