They are still random. "Improved chances" doesn't mean "more random events" necessarily. They are random because you have no idea when they will come. not "necessarily" but could be...i mean if you look at what i wrote again...im just tired of typing this all over again :XD: :uhh: :ohnoes:

im almost sure randoms cant teleport you underground or 2nd/3rd/4th/5th floors etc...

its right next to the wizard tower near draynor village...but you cant get there :XD:
