also, the max combat level you can get in tutorial island due to the fact you cant get anything over 3 there (except, ofcours, total, hp and combat lvls) is 5...if you maxed your range, mage, prayer, attack, defence and strength you combat level is 5 :XD:

its not like jagex work with a dictionary every time they put in words! its called random event and it is RANDOM! BUT 1 account is more likely to get 1 random than another! thats it! and no dictionary can prove that wrong! unless you show me some actual evidence im wrong im sticking to my idea :ohnoes: :XD:

its not that stats! its the account! like you are more likely to get 1 kind of random event in 1 account than another the example of grave digger in the thread explains how a low prayer lvl account got the grave digger random more than a high prayer lvl account

on that account i didnt get any bone-ish randoms (such as leo (zombie outfit), zombie (combat), shade (combat))

well you cant really know how much xp you'll get...it depends a lot on your average hit and such...and (if im not wrong) you do not raise hp with cannon so im not using it unless i dont need the hp xp or really need range xp etc...

people just keep saying its random but none has any proof...i atleast have a "semi-proof" saying i got zombie a million times for example in 1 acc with less tahn 40 prayer and didnt even have 1 of the emotes nor full zombie in another with 52! aargh!It actually proves nothing. It COULD mean that randoms are, in fact, random. It COULD also mean that randoms depend on the account. But, the fact of the matter is that they are called random events for a reason.called random events (in my opinion) because you cant call it something else and because it is random in some sort of way since you cant know when and what will pop out but this does not disprove my theory and im sticking to it :thumbsup:
