I meant new in the sense that he only just started doing it, but yeah, the cost is one of the things that'd put me off it. Plus the cost of the 10 discs on top of the $75 a month. can't you just make ten trials and upgrade them so you don't have to pay for the disks? But, you don't want to endure the 4 hour download of the game... maybe more.

I guess I'll do that. EDIT: Here it is. Rant on Double Xp Weekend Grifball. Well, I love to play grifball. Being in the league last year made me love it even more. Now, Bungie makes Grifball a Double Xp Weekend. I hate that, but also love it. I love it because it is my only chance to play Grifball this year... (Or at least until the next season comes around.) You meet some people that are great, and you can get double XP for it. You can even go in full force with a party of 8 and play for the double XP, more friendly than times... which leads into the rant. Grifball is a sport about teamwork, a sport about communication, a sport about skill. Some players do not understand they can't run the ball. They grab the ball from an obviously better runner (me in this case.) and run full force into the enemy team, trying to score. They just give the ball to the other team. This also leads into the players that flame you for trying to lead the team. They want their double XP? They should work together for it. It's not just one player's XP, its the whole team's. Why must players never listen, even if they have a mic. If you are good, average, terrible, or even a pro at the game, you should have a team leader. Again, Grifball is about teamwork Now, this leads into the final part of the rant. Idiots on the team that think it is ok to teamkill. Before I even start here, I will say again GRIFBALL IS A TEAM SPORT. If one player on your team has the bomb, you wouldn't go and whack him with your hammer just so you could get it, right? Some don't get this common sence - Treat others the way you wish to be treated. Don't go killing off your own player because you don't like them, or because he stole your bomb or kill. You can ignore the player after that game, don't party up, submit a bad player review, block communications and file a complaint if he sends you some "messages." Remember, deal with the players you don't like after the game. If you do it in the game, you put your whole team at risk, because you teamkilled another. if it was truly an accident, say sorry. (I know I have done it many times on accident, and only once on purpose because I didn't want to be spawnkilled by my own player.) There are the exceptions. If you are being spawn teamkilled, and the other wont stop when you ask him to, fight back. Not all the time, but just once to show him. It would be even better if they increased the spawn times for a betrayal. Now, I have one last this to say before I end this. Many of you believe that spawn killing is cheap, or illegal. It's not. Spawn killing is a part of the game. Penalties are part of the game in American football, same are ejections in baseball. Get used to it, it will happen alot to you. Don't get angry and call them noobs. They will just fight back after the game. I am making a topic tomorrow of how to play Grifball, please read that and respond to both of these. 15*1,000*2 = 30,000 XP 30K XP in one game is good enough for me. :] From prestige mode at level 1, that would take you up like 20 levels :o

Haha, you know the easiest achievement I've ever gotten... Sid Meir's Civilation Revolution - 80% of Success is Showing up... [hide=]I played as the Americans, and at the start of the game they get a Great Person... The achievement is to get your first Great Person...[/hide] Next easiest - The Fruit of Labor... Build a second city... [hide=]you press Y when selecting Settlers...[/hide] The Next one after that - Science Potencia Est... Reasearch a technology. [hide=]Wait 5-10 turns after you selected a teachnology. You do nothing.[/hide] Last one - Home is Where one Starts From... Build a building. [hide=]Press LB, and select any city. Select Buildings from the menu and click any... Wait a couple turns and you get it.[/hide] Though, these achievements are easy, but they did the right thing. All 4 of these achievements are worth a total of... 16GS.

No, my team just dosen't like me, in the pregame lobby we had a guy and he said "OMFG (in words...) HOMER? I HAVE A F**KING HOMER ON MY TEAM..." (Continues, but you get the picture...) Also, you do the same thing I do :D But, I have a question, do you stiff arm people? I do, and got a Killionaire with the bomb :D

http://www.freeforums.org I highly recomend this one. Great support community providing quick answers, They are always working on new stuff, you can submit your own templates (and etc.). And, its PhpBB3, like what TIF has... It is a little hard to understand at first, but the Admin control panel gets easier to understand the more you flip through the pages. Also, if you want to fully run your own forums, they give you your whole forums, every piece of data, and help you on your way transferring it to your new domain. Its what I use for my removed. (Sorry for the advertisement, but I though I might give an example as well.) (Oh, and I believe that DigitalPh33r used this for his forums until he bought his own domain and transferred all his stuff there.)

Haha, just don't send it in too much... My friend (Jackis25 on my friends list) has to pay even though he has his warranty... He sent it in about 1 time every month since he got it brand new :lol: . Once every month? Did he do that because it kept on breaking, or because he was paranoid... because that is just a waste of time for both sides. First of all it can take weeks before you get your 360 sent back, and you will also just piss off Microsoft. I have only called Xbox support, which was when I was told by an EB Games rep. that my laser was scratching my discs. The sales rep said that the problem was "common" and from what she told me, the laser was out of place, because I moved my Xbox. It kind of made sense, but made me wonder why a console, which should be expected to be moved, would have a part that could be displaced so easily. So I called, not really intending to send my 360 in unless the person there actually knew about the problem (Warranty is up, so unless I get RROD'd, I'm paying $99, no matter if there is a problem or not). Basically, the person avoided my question about whether the problem is common, and kept on trying to get me to use the disc replacement program, despite the fact that I told her several times I already bought/used the warranty I had through EB games to replace them. I really hate MS support, and how Microsoft is doing what Apple does and makes us pay a premium on the 360 products just because they refuse to let others produce them (I'm sure that a 20gb external hard drive does not cost $120, thank you very much, let us use REAL hard drives!). Anyone else wondering whether Apple will ever get into the console market? Oh, and I would appreciate if someone would like to play Legendary campaign with me. I don't need the achievements (1000/1000 \ ) but I love playing campaign with someone else. He sent it the first time because his Wireless controllers wouldn't find the Xbox. they didn't fix. He sent it again, didn't fix... so on and so forth... Now, he gets the RRoD and his Xbox scratches his discs... he can only play Arcade games and very occaisonally some games cause his Xbox dosen't read half of his games anymore... He was going to send it in, but then got got something saying how much all this would cost to fix, and he is broke. I kinda feel bad for him... Though, it is only Jack :roll:

I've beaten the game on Solid Normal, Big Boss Hard, The Boss Extreme, Liquid Easy (solely for an easy Assassin emblem and Solar Gun), and am currently doing Naked Normal, just so that I've beaten all difficulties. Unfortunately, I'm not nearly good enough to get any emblem better than Wolf. Wow, that is one big freaking list... I'm only playing on Naked Normal.

well to me it proves that you don't need your big fancy perks and weapons to kill Well, thats what I use the leaderboards for. You can get to 10 prestige/55 without skill, but the real thing is the Score leaderboards. In fact, there are a couple no Prestigers in the top 100.
