go and kill salarin the twisted, u can hit 12 evry time (except the last hit, thats 10). he is lvl 70 and u need a high agility lvl to get to him. he lives in the agility dungeon. pd: un ca only attack him with strike spells XD (so kool)!!!!

i killed the ghost when i was 75, it was easy, justuse protect from range (if u can) to avoid some pickaxes (they still hit u a little)

really, wow, nop, i got the set in that order. i think it helps when woodcutting, i get like 5 more xp per willow (not much, but if u cut 2k willows...)

1-yes, u get 1 costume per trip, but r u sure u got hat twice, cause i have the full set and i got them in this order : boots, hat, legs, torso. 2-welllll...yes, if the snails attack your villager, just attack them and theyll concentrate on u

Pickpocketing ham member(lvl1), killing turoths 4 slayer or hellhounds (lvl3) easy and cheap =)

Just use fire bolt with lesser demons or in the tz cave :)
