Levels before that were just random DK's, Barrows and Ice Wyrm slayer tasks. Actually made about 2m profit from 96-99. Also a fun, yet sad fact: From 97-99 Slay, I only got 1 whip. Within 600 or so Abyssal kills while maging, I got 4 whips. :/

I'd do it on Abby Demons. It wouldn't take much of a change of gear and the chance of profit is far higher, along with the Exp being just as good, if not better. I'll maybe try doing a trip there and compare. But I really don't like killing abyssals, bore me to much, even if I'm watching something. I found Irons far more enjoyable. Already have 99 Summ, so I don't really need more charms. :P

Exactly this. I see no reason to do combat for mage when you plan on training a skill afterward that can link perfectly with magic. I said I don't want to do skilling magics. Besides, I hate smelting bars, and combining those two things together is just awful from my point of view. Hate + Hate = More hate.

99 Magic banked... Sort of. Will be doing it on Iron Drags.

Alright, thanks for all your advice :), but I've decided to mage Irons for 99 magic. It's fun and enjoyable, plus a chance of a visage is always nice. :P Based on the trip I just did, it will cost me just under 7m and like I said, a chance of a visage sounds pretty good. It may not be the fastest method in the world, but it's fun and enjoyable and that's what it's all about, right? ;) Thanks again. <3

Right, so I want to get 99 magic, but I want it to be strictly combat. I have about 110m to use, although I don't want use it all, since I plan on getting 99 Smithing shortly after. Anyway, I was thinking about either Abyssals or Metals. I already have 99 Summoning, so don't suggest bursting lobs. I would really appreciate if someone could give me a setup for both, inventory and how much I'll lose/make on average. I've tried finding some guides, but never found anything decent. Maybe I'm just blind. My magic level is 96 and I have 99 Herblore if that's any use. Thanks in advance. <3

So ya, I just got three 99's in two days. And pretty great ones at that. #1: I started Farming at the beginning of 2010 and did it non-stop until the bonus weekend. After that I stopped farming for at least two months because I was sick of it. Returned to it and started slaying as well. I farmed Maples, Papayas and Calquats the whole way. Along with Herbs of course. #2: Been Slaying on and off for over a year, though it really wasn't until about two months ago when I really started to focus 100% on slayer. After getting 90-96 on the bonus weekend, I was able to get all these three 99's at pretty much the same time, which feels nice. :) Special thanks go to Ryan, Psi, Ice, Meamzed and Qual for helping me gather hides and water talismans. Ily all <3. (EDIT: I know it says I got it on the 18th, but it was just over midnight, so I consider it three in two days.) And now, all there's left to post my Best of Bank: This is after selling Bandos, Slayer drops and getting 99 Summoning.
