  1. That's not much of a test. I'm interested in seeing a full guide on this, though, because it seems like it'd be kind of fun to do.
  2. It's just not worth the extra time and effort, basically.
  3. I suggested a quiver that saves arrows about four months before Ava's Accumulator came out. Coincidence? Nope.
  4. You, sir, are incredibly paranoid. I think I saw Al Gore in your closet. Good luck sleeping tonight.
  5. Every time? Care to name other instances of liberal politics in Runescape quests? And FOR CHRIST'S SAKE can you please explain how PROTECTING THE ENVIRONMENT has anything to do with liberal politics? You keep saying the same thing over and over again without explaining WHY.
  6. Vesta spear is two-handed.
  7. Where is that debate. Qeltar's results are pretty clear actually. I'd love to see some more people testing this though. I believe it was a berserker vs. warrior ring thread in Help & Advice. If I remember correctly, Qeltar's results were a victim of small sample size.
  8. There have been major debates over the validity of that test on these forums. Berserker wins almost every time.
  9. It would help your case to elaborate rather than just proclaim that "R00NSCAPE QUESTS R LIBERAL." You're incredibly paranoid if you think that Jagex is trying to brainwash you into siding with a political party. The quest's plot involved air pollution and global warming caused by players burning millions of logs every day. CLEARLY A LIBERAL PLOT TO CONVERT YOU AMIRITE. In and of itself it wouldn't be a big thing, but it's just the largest bit of the grouping that shows that Jagex is a left leaning company, which is not surprising at England as a whole leans mostly to the left. And I believe the point of the quest was about the draogns causing air pollution, not us burning logs. Ah, I understand. That's kind of like how Runescape has maps, pirates have maps, pirates use maps to sail boats, boats belong in water, Runescape has water, SAILING@@@@@@@@@@@@.
  10. Hacking isn't a problem as long as you don't visit any shady sites and you're not a complete moron. What, is a hacker going to magically discover my original username and bruteforce my password? Highly unlikely.
  11. What are suggested lvls? Probably 90+ melees at the minimum, 88 summoning, and 70 prayer. You can TD pretty well with welfare gear, but you wont get anywhere without the appropriate levels.
  12. I don't mean to be a downer, but your stats are too low to do it effectively. You wouldn't be able to get more than a few kills per trip unless you became incredibly pro at switching.
  13. I'd go for it (I did, actually, lol). It's kinda fun, and you can break it up pretty easily. 1 steel titan at tzhaar, a herb run, 12 ranks at MA (I was going for 300 while I did it), back to Tzhaars. That's probably what I'll do.
  14. Even changing the setup, the results will be wildly sporadic. He's using DBA specs for Christ's sake. My frustration isn't directed towards you, SirIzenhime. EDIT: I thought I sounded like I was being confrontational towards you, so I put that disclaimer in there. I guess it didn't work.
  15. Number of quests required is very, very low. Only players with quest capes should be allowed unrestricted trade. Even the total level requirement for unrestricted trade seems kind of low with the advent of Dungeoneering. Anyway, I agree that these requirements would make RWT a very risky practice, but I don't pretend to know much about how it's done these days, so I'll wait for someone who does know to offer their input. EDIT: D'oh, you're right, I was thinking of quest points. #-o
  16. A one hour test proves nothing, especially taking into consideration human error (beginning with your atrocious equipment). A maxed player using the best equipment, potions, and prayer will find that the ZS and SS are superior to the DBA+rune defender. As others have said, accuracy becomes irrelevant at a certain point. Speed wins.

  18. Not interested. The last forum-based event was incredibly annoying.
  19. Next week in Runescape: A quest on world economics for our more mature players. Childish or boring, you decide. ;) Next week in Runescape: A sequel to Perils of Ice Mountain so we can once again bludgeon you over the head with our liberal politics. I wasn't aware that air pollution had political leanings. "This just in: Methane gas (R-CA) to run for governor!" It doesn't, but if you did POIM, you'd see that the content was clearly left leaning. I have a quest cape. Once again, how is a "be green" message in anyway politically affiliated?

  21. Thanks for the explanation. I think I get it, but I'm looking forward to that video nonetheless.
  22. I've always wondered how to solo merch. It scares me.
  23. This. I believe the OP when he says that he originally posted this topic on the RSOF.
  24. Yeah, I'm curious about it, too. How exactly is it done?
  25. For one of my classes in school, I'm supposed to do homework online. The website keeps track of how much time you spend working, and automatically times out after about ten minutes of inactivity. I was wondering if there was a way to keep constant activity on the site while I'm away from my computer (I want to leave it on while I'm at school . . . and all day and night if I can). I remember reading somewhere that pressing the 5 key while on mousekeys sends a constant signal or something like that, so could I just find a way to hold that key down? Any ideas are greatly appreciated. I know nothing about programming, so something relatively easy to do would be preferable. Thanks.
