Yes there will be a runescape. I don't see it ending anytime soon. I will however say it will end between 2014-2016. If it goes any longer then that I shall be shocked. Will I be playing in 2011? Maybe. I would like to think if I play for that long I would be having fun still. So If I'm not having fun I won't be playing. Simple as that.
