Yeah, atleast on irc we can regulate it a LOT more

The signature is for tip.its IRC Chat Genius. Emm, Im sure lightning would agree with me. But I put a LOT into the ingame clan chat, I helped her with setting up the channel, I wrote up channel rules and even saw who was suitable too be a channel mod. Well, the fact that Im a CHAT MOD means I can't just put them on ignore, as I am there to make it a better place for the users, what good is it if i ignore them? In case you didn't realize, I DO go there a lot as I do enjoy it. It doesn't stop the fact that tip.it in game chat has spammers. No one would deny that. Don't you think if we didn't WANT to mod the clan chat, we would just not BE chat mods, we volunteer to do it. We are not forced. I am in that chat on RS moderating a hell of a lot more then I should be. I am also crew for tip.it and play the game as well. So don't even ATTEMPT to call me lazy. Man your SOOO right, you've got me. You've realized I don't care about clan chat. Do remember who helped set up the place, wrote the rules and is on the clan chat a lot please. Yeah, I really do have to grow up don't I. I simply make a post reminding people of tip.it chat and I get people calling me lazy, oblivious to the fact that I already do a lot of things. Next time, think before you make posts.

You dont have to download anything, website based if you want.

Since the release of the Runescape clan chat, I've noticed *A LOT* of people using it to discuss various things in game. What puzzles me is why lots of people have taken a sudden interest in it and not used the Official Tip.it Chat which as been around a lot longer. In my opinion the official tip.it chat is a lot better as the tip.it staff control it and so it is moderated a lot more and a generally nicer place to be. I've been using it myself for around 9 months now, the channels offered me support, help, advice and even some good entertainment in the times. Its kind of our own little community in that channel. I'd firstly like too apologize, I have just started college and have not been able to get on much :( I have noticed that each time I login, it is very unlikely that another chat mod will be online which leaves the channel vunerable to spammer ect. I try too be on the channel each time I am on RS but even I am human (Yes I know its hard to believe) The only think I can recommend would be: 1. Add the spammers to ignore list 2. Report them to Jagex using the "Report Abuse" button under offensive language 3. Keep chat appropriate so people dont take things over the line.

Us mods can often get things wrong in the clan chat, but since I have started doing things that require me to pay attention ingame such as Questing it is very difficult to keep up with the chat, especially when I am left with 30-40 people and me being the only Moderator on. Just a note: If you do notice something and I dont notice it, please PM me as I am more likely to see a PM.

A picture is like a thousand words so... And when i'm on my laptop, I use dual screens and so have Runescape on one screen and all the other junk on the other xD

I normally just hit the number keys a few times, as long as its over the amount I need to do, I dont care what it is xD

With the knowledge I have now, I'd obviously keep the rares I once obtained and buy the while they were cheap. But more importantly, I would use my time more efficiently, knowing how to train skills quicker and knowing what skills would be made easier to train such as cooking and fletching. With this knowledge, I would train the skills in the most efficient matter for maximum output.

I think they look pretty cool. All though some of them do look bad such as the cooking symbol, overall they look better. As someone has already said, I'm more interested in the fact that we'll be able to see how much XP a level, still the new Icons will fit in better with the new interface.

I like to keep my chat set to on at all times, it gives me a chance to meet new people and means I can help those that PM me a question. Also good for my old friends that I've deleted and they've started playing Runescape again :)
