  1. Buying the skill is considered doing the fast way to get 99 liek lobs for cooking, Gold bars with gaunlets for smithing, and Buying yews for fletching. But it might be considered buyign to soem but to some not so it's a 50/50 thing you got there. I'd say it isnt since ur still fishing anf it takes awhile
