I think this is better suited here in OT than The Gallery. Was looking through my twitter feed, and I saw that dsavi_x4 had linked to this article. Russian photographer Sergey Larenkov did a little experiment where he found images of buildings, soldiers and events, and photoshopped them on to photos taken in the modern day of the same place, using the same perspectives. One of the comments on the site, I thought was very appropriate; I posted this topic here as I think it will be relevant to some of you if have relations that fought during WWII, and to see how things have changed.
