Apple did release a newer version of iTunes a few days ago (9.2.1), there may be a few bugs if you have updated iTunes.

I'd take it to an Apple store - book an appointment at a Genius Bar. If none of the solutions put forward on this thread have worked, then it's the best possible thing to do. If it is still under warranty they'l probably replace it (if they don't have a solution for your problem).
