I think it would be a good idea to implement this tool - it's been done on Zybez, Leetscape etc and it really is very easy to tell. There would be four options: F2P P2P Retired Semi Quit IMO

If you want colour & not grayscale on Photoshop, go to Image--->Mode------> RGB Colour. ;)
