You will need a graphics program such as Photoshop that supports transparencies. Also, the reason the restrictions are there is to keep the file sizes down, and also make sure that they fit in the signatures. I've also just approved your submission, check your email for the link. It looks pretty nice ;)

This caused a lot of confusion for us. The problem was that has lucien vanishes after the new grandmaster quest is completed, he is replaced by a new NPC, and this changes who you can talk to to receive a new amulet. After a lot of arguing and bugging other crewbies to test it out, we have come up with this: Good Side = Talk to Lucien in the Flying Horse Inn to receive a new amulet. Good Side (After completing "While Guthix Sleeps") = Talk to the Local Thug in either the Flying Horse Inn, or Lucien's House near the Grand Exchange to receive a new amulet. Evil Side = Talk to Lucien in his house near the Grand Exchange to receive a new amulet. Evil Side (After completing "While Guthix Sleeps") = Talk to the Local Thug in either the Flying Horse Inn, or Lucien's House near the Grand Exchange to receive a new amulet. With this information confirmed, I will update the quest guide appropriately. Thank you :thumbup:
